went for lunch today and had the rudest workers ever with the biggest attitude. I ordered fried rice and orange chicken &1. the fried rice didn’t even have vegetables in it! 2, the orange chicken was dry and gave me food poisoning I was throwing up the rest of the day. THEY’LLNEVERSEEMEAGAIN

Wow even worse this time. I ordered a two item entrée, paid an extra dollar for honey Walnut shrimp and the server only gave me 4pcs of shrimp. Very disappointing. I don’t think you get what you pay for in this place.

I don’t know what led me here. I was driving around looking for food and unwilling to grab the typical fast food. I thought forget burgers or tacos. I gotta for some other type of «fast food.» Different genre, different taste. I don’t normally go to Panda Express. I prefer other establishments to get Chinese food, but alas, I was unwilling to go to a sit down restaurant and obviously wanted something«quick.» Now the restaurant is super clean. The layout of it easy to navigate. The menu is bright and easy to see. Simple really. Get one side by itself, get 1 entrée and 1 side, so forth. Service: Waited in line for five minutes. There were three people working the line but none came to help when the line got bigger and longer. When I was helped, I was treated very nicely. I got smiles, I was offered samples, and they spoke to me kindly. Price: $ 9.32 for 1 to go plate with two entrees and one side. I had to pay $ 1.25 for choosing some speciality shrimp. Tax was $ 0.77 from $ 8.55. Food: I had ordered fried rice and two entrees worth of honey walnut shrimp. The rice wasn’t even hot. It was just warm. Really warm. Like it didn’t come out fresh. Like it was old rice warmed up and sprinkled with spices to look like new rice. It didn’t even taste that good. I love rice, but their rice was flavorless. I couldn’t even finish it. As for their honey glazed shrimp, it was quite hot. I had to blow on each shrimp to cool it down a bit. It tasted alright. There was a bit more flavor on it. It wasn’t as sweet as I thought it would be. There wasn’t a lot of glaze on it either. 3/5, food needs to better, price needs to be better, but service was good and the place is clean. Don’t come here looking for great Chinese food. Come here if you can’t afford a sit down restaurant and if you are in a hurry.

The worst Panda Express I’ve ever had! I came on a Sunday night around 930pm. I walked in and wasn’t greeted by any employee they just looked at me and boyfriend and continued on cleaning up(assuming that they’re closing soon). We were the ONLY ones in there BUT we still had to wait to order our food! I was trying to get the workers attention but she kept walking off and cleaning everything in there. I then ordered my food and then a young lady came and rang me up – she gave us a discount($ 4 off) because they were about to close which was why they received 1 star instead of 0(if it was possible) She had very good Customer Service and I loved it. I just wished the other employee had some senses instead of trying to rush and go home. We purchased the usual and then left. We came home and we were just so disgusted! My orange chicken was so hard I couldn’t even chew the chicken! It was just really crispy and I could barely bite into it //it was supposed to be hot x fresh & chewy. The chow mein was nasty -/it was hard also and kind of cold. My boyfriend said that the Sweet Fire Chicken tasted weird so he didn’t touch none of his food. He also threw out his fried rice because it was old. Later on that night my boyfriend was throwing up the chicken! He wasn’t sick that night or anything. After he ate the food he just got really sick and it alllll came out of him. I felt so bad because I knew it was the old food that was causing him to throw up :(I honestly want to contact the manager and report the food but I already know it’s going to be too much drama. They’ll never get a penny out of me anymore.

This is a really well run Panda Express. The people behind the counters are machines there, which is probably why there’s always a line when you go there. You can see they work pretty hard but are always pleasant. I hope these folks get more than minimum wage because they deserve a good salary.

Horrible service they always get my order wrong. Online it says open until 1030 but they actually close at 10. And if you show up anytime after 830 they are out of over half of the menu and will not cook anything for you that isn’t already made. I have been there at least five times with this happening so I will not be returning and they seriously need to reevaluate their customer service and the stock of food they keep on hand in such a busy area.

The staff is great but the food has been getting worse and worse. They’ve probably switched to cheaper ingredients. The chicken has a bunch of nerves which is gross. Often times things are lacking sauce. The quality is no bueno.

Panda Express is a great getaway from your normal Chinese Restaurant. You still get the familiar flavors of your normal Chinese places but in a moe Americanized twist. Really you cant expect much more from here, you arent going to get the nitty gritty hardcore dishes you will find at your adverage Chinese Restaurant but their seasonal items are usually always good when you get around to visiting a Panda Express aka Manchu Wok location. This Pittsburg location always seem to have fresh food because its always busy, but wish the service was a bit more. faster!

I came to this location about two weeks ago and as I was eating my food. I found a cooked cricket inside my orange chicken! As for others it’s nothing unusual but for me I was so disgusted I almost threw up. I don’t think I will be eating at any Panda anytime soon! Don’t get me wrong the food is delicious but to find a insect that’s very unsanitary.

The manger is helpful, but Paris is horrible. She really needs to be let go. Her attitude is not fit for this job. I went in there 4 times and she is the only one with a messed up face and attitude. If they let her go they will gain more customers. PARISNEEDSTOGO!!! ASAP!!!

I used to love coming here, but today just convinced me to NEVERPATRONIZE this location ever again. My husband and I needed to pick up a quick meal today and the girl named Javen, or Jenny as referred to by her co-workers there, started to take our order for a Family Feast. In the middle of taking our order, she starts a conversation with another person who is across the store on the other side of the register. Being Christmas, we decided to let this go. When her attention finally returned to us, we continued to order, then she walks away. Again, we let it go. When she returned the third time, we asked her to repeat what of our order she has written down. She names two items, so we order our third item to which she quickly responds, «You already have that.» My husband is fully frustrated at this point and tells her that was why we asked what she had written down. She says, «Well I can’t hear you.» We tell her we don’t have time for this back and forth to which she says, «I can’t take this,» and walks away. We took our business elsewhere.

The food is really good at this Panda Express. Often times, the customer service SUCKS! Especially on Sundays. I went TWICE on a Sunday, Panda opens at 10:30. So I popped in a couple of weeks ago at 10:30. No teriyaki chicken(which is their best and most popular item). So I waited the half an hour for them to cook it, although the server said 12 minutes. So the following Sunday I decided to pop in at noon instead to make sure they had my fave Teriyaki chicken. Not ONLY did they not have it, they were rude(Stephanie) little young stinkin butthole. She said it was«not thier fault that they he to wait on the grill to get hot». I explained to the little wench that it was noon and they open at 10:30 since she spoke to me like I had two heads. I asked for the manager, she told me there was no manager in the store. As I looked around, it did seem as though there was no manager there. This is illegal. A team lead, key carrier, SOMETHING should have been in that restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for the Teriyaki chicken, then 15 minutes on my second item the sweetfire chicken breast. How sad. And Stephanie purposely did not tell me that it was ready. I was furious!!! I said nothing though because its pointless to argue with a young person of that caliber/demeanor. SO… long story short they have extremely POOR customer service. But if you have a lot of patience, and a longer fuse, then its okay to hang in there. They are ALWAYS out of Teriyaki chicken though. The proximity is close so I will go back but NEVER on a Sunday before around 2pm.

I always love coming to this Panda Express, everyone is usually very nice. But today Margaret was VERYRUDE. She rolled her eyes at me when I corrected her on my order because she had it incorrect. I was very upset at how she treated me and spoke to me. I don’t believe customers should be treated that way.
