5-​stars for service, delivery and consistency. The pizza quality is 3 stars, but for the convenience and efficiency, they get high accolades. Thanks for being polite and always friendly!

Used to order here about twice a month, and would have given it 4 stars at one time.
That being said, their pizza changed recently. Not sure if they are using different cheese or different sauce, but it’s really, REALLY nasty now. The last three times I ordered it was just… gross. I gave it a few chances in case it was a one off, but nope. Used to love their pepperoni pizza but the last two I ended up throwing it out it was so disgusting.
It has to be said though, the service is excellent and the delivery guys are great. The pizza is just inedible now though.

I visited this location last week and absolutely loved it! I went late in the night and the young girl, i believe her name is Mercedes, at the counter was so nice and helpful! She explained all the coupons and helped me order something i was happy with! I got a large chicken bacon supreme and it was so good, I even got a free ice cream! Great place in Pittsburg to get a good pizza and good customer service! I will return soon!

So I don’t know what time you close but Unilocal says 11 pm. I called at 9:30 pm to try and order a pizza someone picked up said were closed and hung up. I tried to call back but no one picked up. So you might want to update the hours and get more friendly staff.

Ordered an extra large Artichoke Fiesta (vegetarian), and it was amazing! The pizza was loaded with toppings only $ 19.99 (coupon in mail). Definitely recommed this location.

They can pull through for you when nobody else can!

First time ordering here and I got a calzone I ordered through EAT24 online. Usually in my experience calzones come with red sauce though it never said yes or no on the description so, I made a note to ask for extra. They failed in getting it to me but instead it came with ranch. Which was not in the description either. I also asked for a soda and that never arrived and when the delivery person looked at the receipt in big bold letters it said please add 2 liter Pepsi. So, it seems that no one is reading the online orders correctly and the receipts to double check if everything is right. He offered to go back and bring it. But the point is I didn’t want to wait. In the end either call and be specific in your order or don’t use EAT24. If you want your order to be correct. The calzone was OK. It could be better usually the crust should have been brushed with some olive oil to crispy it up a bit but hey they all can’t be chefs .
To Pizza Guys… Just double check and read your orders and the side notes before delivering. In the end it’s your reputation. As you know one bad taste on a person’s first time there will most likely not having them or me return.

Pizza & bonus Ice Cream! What a perfect way to end a horrifically disastrous day. Service was good too.

Best delivery pizza in Pittsburg. Always deliver on time. Good pizza. Good sides. There even have pasta sides. Plus, if you want it, ice cream.

I was delighted to be able to use Unilocal Eat24 on this to go order and I have to say I was indeed delighted and I plan to use this a little more often when I have my. lazy days. This is a chill weekend for me and Unilocal and Eat24 came through for the Gold Chain Foodie and for that im delighted, now lets get to reviewing.
Last night (1−9−16) I woke up with a craving for some pizza. Sure I could of gotten a «Hot and Ready» from Little Ceasers, or grabed a «Carry Out» from Dominos. But I wanted something a little.more. So I had to choose between Pizza Hut, and Pizza Guys. So how did I make my choice… I flipped a quarter, heads Pizza Hut, tails Pizza Guys, and I got Tails. So Pizza guys it was. So I seen on the Unilocal site for them that you can order from the page and even customise your order… very cool Unilocal/​Eat24 I can dig that indeed. So my carnivorous side of me desired meat, so I went with the all meat pizza. I ordered a large with standard tomato sauce and. that’s it really, pretty straight forward. My pizza arrived in the allotted time frame they gave from the ordering page (between 35 — 45 min) My only real minus was my pizza was kinda lukewarm upon arrival. Didnt feel like they used a insulator bag when they were transporting my pizza. Considering how close this Pizza Guys location is to my house, it still should of had the steam rising from it. but that’s just me.
In conclusion, not a bad way to spend $ 27.51 which is I feel just about adverage, and me being lazy, I didn’t mind the convenience factor. This Pizza Guys location is off Railroad here in Pittsburg. Not bad pizza at all, although their are locations that I enjoy maybe a little more. So, if you’re like me and want to have a lazy pizza day while waiting for the powerball drawings… order or pick up from here. And as always Unilocal about your own experience.

Meh. Just another pizza, better than domino’s or little Ceasars for sure… BUT, Nothing special over the top, although the cheesy garlic bread is better than average at your run of the mill pizza chain & there customer service seems legit. Delivery guy was super cool.

Sometime they guys who answer the phone a bit rude. But most of the time its great. Delivery guys are A+, pizza tastes great. Not quite yet a 5 star.

Super considered. i ordered 4 sodas, they said all 20oz of that brand is at room temperature they asked if want to change to another brand. I said send me 1 cold the rest can be room temperature. instead of sending me 1 different brand soda, they send me what i ordered and AN EXTRA same brand 2liter soda as a courtesy just bc they didn’t have cold 20oz s!!!
They deserve more than 5 stars!

Had a pizza delivered by cristhian and I must honestly say I was so impressed by the customer service. I would highly recommend pizza guys for food and service

Ordered for 1^st time haven’t tried pizza, but they lured me in with free ice cream on Unilocal ad, only to be told that it’s «expired“no bueno»!

I just moved into the area and this was my first time ordering from this location. Staff and driver was very friendly, pizza was hot and had plenty of toppings. I even recieved free ice cream for order over 15.00.

Pizza guys is decent pizza. But their customer service is not up to par. I called around 10:15, about 1 hour and 45 minutes before they close. After asking if they delivered, they said yes, asked for my address, and placed me on hold. I was on hold for about five minutes before someone checked back with me. I was then asked, «how can I help you?» Sounds like someone forgot I was on hold… Then I told them I wanted to place an order for delivery and I was told they weren’t delivering and that only takeout was available at 10:15. Ok, no problem. I placed my order, a large, three topping pizza. I was told they didn’t have the ingredients… At which point, I cancelled my order and went to a different pizza joint. You missed the mark on this one, Pizza Guys. But I’ll be back.

Good pizza, good customer service, terrible App, and online ordering on mobile site couldn’t be more difficult on an iPhone.
I finally gave up and phoned it in.
Update. Online ordering has been made easier since original post, although I still haven’t used the app again.

I would have given them a 5 stars, but they just gave me the worst customer service ever. I called to check on my pizza and they had no record of it. So, instead of immediately asking me what my order was and making it, while they figured out what the problem was they kept passing me over to new people who asked me if I was sure j had the right place and/​or date. Since I had a charge on my credit card already I had to print out the paper and go to the store and explain to them it was the right store and date. During ALL OF THIS not once did they attempt to make me a pizza. So after 45 mins of waiting, I left pizza guys, drove 2 blocks and got my son a hamburger at Nations. Glad someone was making food!!! Please be aware, that while you are attempting to figure out what happened you should always be attempting to correct the issue. I WANTED A PIZZA… you are, in fact, called THE PIZZA GUYS!

I love their pizza! They always have awesome specials and friendly staff! Anytime you spend more than $ 15 you get a free drink or ice cream! Your choice! Their specialty pizzas are the best.
