Verizon as a company I have always liked, however, after my recent experience with this Pittsburg location & the extremely poor customer service at this location, I have changed my mind. I upgraded my device recently (2÷8÷16) & was overcharged. I went back to the location the following day & because the manager Iwalani Sanchez (aka Lani) was not available, I was asked to come back the next day. I did & after spending over an hour at the store with Lani & the associate Medina who charged me incorrectly while they tried to figure out how to rectify the problem, I agreed to accept a $ 100 credit on my bill. I was told by Lani that she would need to email her district manager James with details of the situation so that he could approve the credit to my acct. I was assured that Lani would call me the following day (2÷11÷16) after she had the approval from James. 3 days later, no call, no credit on my bill. I call the store, Lani is not avail but I’m told by associate Maria that James had approved the credit & that it should be on my bill in a day or two. 2÷16÷16 still no credit on my bill. I call again. Speak to Lani who says she is waiting for «corporate» to put the credit on my acct. I explain that my payment is due on the 21^st & she assures me that the credit will be on my acct by the 19^th. The 20^th I call again since I still do not have the credit. Lani is not in but I’m told she will be in on Sunday the 21^st. I leave a mess with Maria for Lani to call me on Sun. Sun, no call from Lani. I call (assuming after the store closed) bc an answering machine came on. I again left a message for Lani. Mon the 22^nd I call again. Lani is not in so I ask for the District managers phone #. I called the DM James & left a very detailed mess, still no call or credit on Tues the 23^rd. I called the customer service 800# for Verizon & Ashley was able to give me a $ 60 credit today & supposedly the other $ 40 will be on next month’s bill. We shall see. Sad that this is how a customer of 6 years is treated. Can’t even get a call back. I am not under a contract but one phone on my acct is. As soon as that contact is up, we are gone from Verizon.

I usually frequent the Verizon Lone Tree store, but recently came here for the first time to pay our bill. We had a very long wait here, unlike the other store. The customer service rep at the counter repeatedly asked for the spelling of my husband’s name (which is a pretty common first name) in order to set up a payment account in their system. We paid cash, and she seemed to have difficulty counting out our change. We double-​checked and pointed out to her she shorted us $ 10 and some change. When leaving and looking at our payment statement/​receipt, I see the rep had completely misspelled both my husband’s first and last names. She got the first letter right and that’s about it. It’s a two-​syllable name, and the spelling was so off it was as if she had spelled it using a different alphabet. Bizarre. We won’t be returning to this location again.

If I could go lower than 1 I would. Sat down and digested my bill and invoice, watch out as they are a fraud and charge for things that aren’t done and make up fees that aren’t even legit Verizon charges. Spent an hour on the phone with cooperate fixing their screw ups that’s how I found out about the charges.

for all those people on verizon, watch out because verizon doesn’t honor their bill. the change it and you are stuck paying fees and a contract even when you have a printed email showing what you are supposed to pay each month. verizon can change it and you are stuck paying higher monthly amount.

Stop by to get Bluetooth. A couple walked in after me (not black) after one employee welcomed me a told me one minute someone well be with you. Thay helped the couple that walked in after me. ??? Not to call anyone the racist but if the hood fit. If it was the first time probably wouldn’t thank about it. But three times

The woman (maybe the owner) was more awkward than her employees, telling them they can’t «bill pay» right in front of me because they never do it right?!? Like wtf? Train your employees and then they will do it correctly. Or hire employees who wanna learn. During my time in here they denied my request for an early upgrade (two months) which was not shocking. But the service was a joke. They treated me like an idiot. (Which makes sense since their boss treats them like idiots.) And then when I asked how much a charger was the two employees (one in training) somewhat argued over who would find out for me. Lol. Just close down man. I came into your store two years ago and received bad service, I will not be returning for a third.

After visiting this store I was going to cancel my service with Verizon! The guy that «helped» us was a new kid of only 2 weeks… The guy working with him couldn’t take his eyes off his game long enough to acknowledge us. What he did have to add to the conversation came with a Teen air of smart mouth.
After dealing with these two «Employees», we left and went to the Verizon store in Brentwood where we were offered assistance with a smile, got the answer to our problem in 5 minutes and were on our way.
I will NEVER go back to this location and suggest you don’t either!

Hat hate hate Verizon… any store retailer or kiosk is horrible. They are given sales quotas and promise you promotions just to meet them.

I will be making a formal complaint against this location with Verizon and The Better Business Bureau. They sold me a refurbished phone and told me it was brand new. It had to be hand delivered from the Martinez office because they did not have a supply of any phones in the store and that took 3 hours. I did not receive a receipt for my transaction. The store clerk put the wrong billing address on my account and I never received my first bill, causing late fees and calls from the company saying I was past due. The headjack for the earbuds were broken. And now my phone takes more than 8 hours to fully charge. The manager Alex was more interested in having a private cell phone conversation in front of the store than helping me. He was unable to transfer my contacts, apps or pictures. It was a horrible experience. I hope they shut this location down. It is an embarrassment to Verizon because outside of this situation at this location the service has been superb.

I am standing out front of the store at 11:30am on a Tuesday, and the lights are out, doors are locked, and obviously, no one is here. Not a good business model!

This store and the «manager» Alex is the worst. I would rather deal with Metro PCS than this store. I had the worst experience ever there and I have never had a bad experience with Verizon. The customer service & knowledge level there is –159. I would not recommend this location to any one, the light is out for a reason.

This place is a joke! Wasted 2 effin hours here trying to activate my iphone 5 which I left pissed off and the phone was still inactivated! He had no clue on what to do, left me to call to activate my own damn phone while he stepped outside to talk to his girlfriend.
Left angry with nothing accomplished and wasted 2 hours of my time. Went home, called myself and activated the phone MYSELF in 10 minutes. A joke! Train your staff!

Really disappointed in this store. I walked in, ready to buy and it was like they weren’t interested. There were three associates and one other customer besides myself. First they said they didn’t have the phone I wanted, then they said they did but I couldn’t buy it because it was already purchased by someone else. I started asking questions about the phone, and suddenly nobody wanted to help me. Everyone was focused on helping the other lady. Frustrated, I walked out… not sure anyone even noticed. Pretty sure I’ll go to Costco to buy the phone now.
