Anna’s Linens

Pretty sure service (or lack there of) is part of the reason this business failed.
On SEVERAL occasions I’ve witnessed customers dealing with the «Mgr» Mildred (not to mention my own interactions with her), and she is DEF NOT management material!!!
Today this RUDE «Mgr» Mildred was hollering at a customer about a posted price she REFUSED to honor (the customer still spent $ 89… psssht, I would’ve walked out!). Completely ridiculous behavior, and she hides behind the fact that she’s the «final authority» in the store, or so she claims.
Then as I’m leaving, Mildred yells over to another employee, «I can’t WAIT for this store to close!!» Haha, she’s probably part of the REASON they’re bankrupt… rude service doesn’t promote repeat business. Furthermore, if you hate your job, silly child, then please QUIT! Win-​win for everyone :)
Too bad I’ve been a loyal customer for years, wishing I would’ve shopped elsewhere :/

I have been redecorating my house and had been ordering through the mail which was fairly costly/​A friend came over and told me about Anna’s Linens. It sounded too good to be true. I went over to just look around and I was very pleasantly surprised. I found everything I needed there and things I know I will need as I am going to need in the near future. I went back a couple of hours later to get other things that I need. I love this place — I would have saved hundreds had I shopped at Anna’s — they have some really nice items. Highly recommend it.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I love this store, but in this location the staff is very bitchy and rude. I walk in to return an item i go to the cash register there were two store employees just looking at me. Did not say Hi, nothing at all. The first lady that had seen me turns out to be the manager after a few min she finally comes up and ask what i need. I tell her i need to return an item. She just walks away! Another employee comes up and i tell her I’m here to return an item she tells the manager and in front of my face they start talking about me in another language! It was ridiculous took them about 20 min just to return 4 items (curtains) never going back to that bitchy manager.

Love this place!!! They have linens, curtains, bathroom décor & bedding sets for cheap! Some stuff isn’t the greatest quality, but other stuff is AMAZING quality at the best prices I’ve ever found.
I’m addicted to sateen cotton sheets from this place, and finding even reasonably priced sheets hat don’t feel like sand paper for a California King sized bed is nearly impossible! This place has it all!
The employees are also super knowledgeable when it comes to their products and they helped me figure out the right size curtains I needed as well! Love this place!
