Went for donuts after church. Explained to the drive thru that last weeks donuts were hard, could we get fresh donuts. I was advised not a problem. I get the donuts and return home only to find them harder than the donuts the week before. I’ve wasted $ 24.00 on these two dozen and guaranteed will never go back there. Why is there not a standard longevity as to how long donuts set before they are classified unfit to sell and be donated to animal shelters, zoos, or whoever because they’re not fit to eat. Last week I threw out over half the dozen this week only two donuts were eaten because they were hard. No mor for me, it’s Donut Connection from now on.

Last time I step foot in this place. I’ve lost count how many times my drinks were wrong. Today I ordered two iced coffees and both were not even close to what I ordered. Almost 9 dollars is in the garbage. I blame myself for giving them another shot.

Ok, I am updating my review. The coffee is better, but the employees just make me laugh. The guest at the front of the line is ordering a bit of everything off of the menu holding up a line that is literally going out the door, no big deal he probably is bringing coffee for a meeting or something it happens. After waiting about 10 minutes the guest behind me in line asks the cashier /guy pouring 10 small coffee’s if he could go ask for some help to get the line moving, which was responded with the cashier yelling at the customer. So the customer took it upon himself to go into the kitchen and find the manager to tell him his employee could use some help out front. To which the manager starts screaming(May I add the manager wasn’t John, it was someone else I have never seen before) to which the manager responded something along the lines of «Get the fuck out of our kitchen.» So the customer did just that and returned to the line. The cashier /coffee guy then decides he has had enough with today and stops everything to go outside and have a smoke break or something(may I add the guest was polite to him saying he was doing an awesome job and deserves some help). At this time a girl came in to start her shift, and after 15 minutes my order is taken, a large iced coffee, hell yeah now we’re talking. But wait, it’s not done yet. The manager comes out to the front and refuses that customer service, and follows it up with«Police have already been called» with them essentially walking through the door at the same time. TLDR: 9:30AM people just want coffee, wait for 15 minutes with no service, guest asks employee to ask manager for help, employee overreacts, guest overreacts, manager overreacts, cops arrive. I got my Iced Cofee though, and that has improved from last time. 2 Stars for the coffee, 1 star for the entertainment.

I give this DD4 stars because of the customer service. If you like baked goods, then you already know how tasty everything is! I myself am a tea lover, but i understand the coffee is superb. Everything is always stocked up, and you will be in and out quickly… with a smile too.

They are usually efficient with good customer service. However, I feel like my iced coffee tastes different almost every time I go there. A little more consistency in product taste would be good. The restaurant is always clean and I never have a problem using coupons.

I don’t live in the area anymore but when I’m back in Pittsburgh I always make it a point to stop here. The customer service is really awesome in this store. They are always so nice! The food and coffee are really good. The drive thru is very convenient. It is very nice to see a business with good customer service!

This was a drive-by donut-ing. Really needed to use the restroom. REALLY needed a donut. Out of nowhere, what should pop-up but a Dunkin Donuts. I was so happy. I pulled in front of the door and parked where I wasn’t supposed to park(I REALLY had to pee) and ran inside. The store was fairly clean and it didn’t make me want to turn around. On my run out, I picked up a half-dozen donuts to shove in my mouth as I was driving around. They weren’t the freshest things around — tasted like they had been sitting for a couple of hours — but they didn’t taste stale either. They gave me that much needed energy boost. I will stop by next time I am in the area.
