I used this store recently to print some large posters. They were fast and fairly communicative, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. When there was an issue with one item that I printed, the store representative that I spoke to went above and beyond to make it right. When his store couldn’t fix the problem in my tight deadline, he found another FedEx store that could and sent my order over to them. Hooray for excellent customer service.

Long lines, slow service. They also charge A LOT to pack for you, and the passport photos are also quite pricey

Staff didn’t seem to want to be bothered, girl was not interested in really helping. It’s a bad place that i will never re-​visit. Expensive. Definitely avoid this place.

The people at Fedex Office in Eastside are always the nicest to work with — Tyler, the manager, always has such a positive attitude and I always leave with a smile. The very best — great service and consistently great copies and printing!

Very nice staff. Tyler is the manager and he was awesome to work with. Excellent service. I haven’t been to a Fedex copy place in years and the staff was great to work with. If you need copy or print work done, this place was a breeze to get everything done.
