Framework

The owner, Lisa Marie Sopko, is super helpful. She has a good sense of aesthetics and gives great advice. She framed three pictures for me, and they all came out beautifully. I am particularly impressed by her work on the over-​sized piece (46″ x 46″). Due to its size, I had trouble envisioning how the frame and mat would interact with the artwork. Lisa Marie patiently took the time to explore many different combination with me. When at last, I was oscillating between two choices, she helped guiding me toward a decision. She was absolutely right — the result is stunningly gorgeous!
Compared to a chain like Jo-​Ann, framing with Framework may cost a tad more, though I find their pricing entirely reasonable. You get a wider selection of frame choices, consultation with a knowledgeable person, and most importantly, well framed pictures. I’d definitely trust Lisa Marie to frame more artwork in the future.
