After your offer was accepted, there has been no follow through. No compensation has been received, and no follow-​up to ensure that it had occurred. I am extremely disappointed in the overall lack of communication. This experience is now giving me pause as to what my service would be like if we were to have any issues with the product. I am extremely disappointed in not only the technicians, but the management that are supposed to ensure customer satisfaction.

I am having serious problems with helmets its self and company. I call and leave messages, no one calls back. When initially I called gutter helmet to come and unblock my gutters, some one came and cleaned them. But didn’t tell me that I was missing helmet from my porch, they just cleaned gutter and left. Now my gutter on my porch is blocked and causing damage, and gutter which is on patio (Back yard) has helmet, is still blocked and damaging patio. When I called, I was told that I don’t have helmet on my porch because I didn’t want it installed on porch. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Now I am scheduled in august for some one to come and look at it. Mean while my patio and porch will continue getting damaged.
I think its better not to have these helmets on gutter, at least I will not have to through this frustration and, when ever I need gutter cleaning, I can call some one to come and clean my gutters.
My brother just bought a house and he was going to get these gutter helmet installed, I had to stop him.

I called for a estimate for my home and John came out and explained the product, measured the gutters, and gave me a cost. He called today and ask if I had made a decision on buying the product. When I told him I had done additional research and decided not to buy, he told me he wished I had done the research before he came. My idea of looking at the actual product and getting all the information from the salesman available, then fact checking must be a new one.

I would never recommend this product to anyone. Asked for a copy of the warranty to go over the specifics and never received it. The helmet system does keep leaves out as they say.
But watch out if it is a windy day, they blow right off. Everyone that has the Gutter helmets in my neighborhood gets ice dams and huge icicles hanging. Gutter helmets remedy is for you to buy more stuff like wire heaters that cost in my case $ 4,000 «extra» for 120 feet. When the product breaks they try to get you to turn it into your home owners policy. FUNNY HOW I WAS QUOTED A HIGHER FOR THE INSURANCE THAN IF I WAS TO PAY IT MYSELF. sounds like insurance fraud or price jacking.
Personally I might just have this product removed from my house.
Unreasonable and not as good as the company states. I think it would be better to just hire a cleaning man with insurance to clean the gutters every fall.
