My mom and sister’s birthdays are three days apart. so we had a little family dinner a week or so ago. My grandma is a sweetie and also bought me some things. Unfortunately, I’m not a size 5 in jeans nor a small in sweaters like i was in middle school, but its the thought that counts. so obviously, i had to return some stuff for store credit and go shopping! I started out with two pair of pants(black slacks for work) but didnt have luck and needed another size. Since this store is soooo gigantic, I couldn’t find where I originally had gotten the pants. I asked a sales associate, Deb, if she could help me. She knew exactly where I could find both random pairs of pants and she was so helpful! I ended up trying on 5 other pairs and all fit nicely, but I found a few blouses that looked great on me so I went with those instead. 5 stars for a great selection, HUGE two-story store and helpful employees. The only downside is the only restroom is on the second floor as well as customer service.

I stopped by this Kohl’s to spend some Kohl’s cash that I had earned online. I purchased some washcloths, underwear, and a tank top. I had never before been in a Kohl’s that was two stories, so I was surprised that this one was. At first I could not find the underwear department, and a helpful salesperson overheard me talking and directed me upstairs. Overall, I like this Kohl’s for it two floors of a large selection of products and their helpful employees.

I don’t shop at Kohl’s much, but had made a purchase of a blazer over the summer. I had also heard from family that they have the best deals on Keurig coffee makers. So cyber Monday came and I thought I was getting a great deal, getting a Vue 700 for $ 169. Low and behold the next day I found the exact same coffee maker from at $ 149.99. Naturally I felt a little upset that my cyber Monday deal was not a deal at all. So I asked about price matching, just for $ 20. To ease my mind and know that I could trust Kohl’s to actually run promotions that were competitive or at least beat out the supplier. Unfortunately Kohl’s only price matches against their competition like Sears and Wal-Mart I was told Now the service was not bad, the people were all nice, but this is definitely the last time I will be shopping at Kohl’s. Why shop somewhere when previous experience shows that there are better prices elsewhere? I do have the option of taking my coffee maker back to Kohl’s, then ordering it from , however this is worth a lot more trouble to me than $ 20. So, leaving my thoughts here about Kohl’s policies satisfies me not getting a true cyber Monday deal. My Recommendation: Shop at , and do your homework before shopping at Kohl’s if you do shop there.

This was my first time in this location. It is much larger than the one in Gibsonia. It even has a second floor for all of the children’s items. Other than that it was pretty much your average Kohls. I was pleased to see that this store was rather organized and the floor and aisles were clear enough to take a cart or stroller through them. On top of that, it was Labor Day weekend and the store was packed! The lines were atrocious. A woman at the jewelry counter noticed that we only had a few things and told us not to bother with the long lines and that she would check us out right there! I have to say, after seeing those lines, this was a perfect ending to my shopping experience! *Note for Kohls in general — they now have a rewards program for their credit card holders — for every $ 100 you spend you receive a $ 5 gift card. Most stores’ rewards programs demand that you spend $ 250 or even $ 500 just to get a $ 10 gift card! Also it is worth it to get a credit card here. Even if you don’t use it after the first time, they send you great coupons that non-credit card holders don’t receive!

After a previously bad experience at this store, it was recommended by a friend so I decided to give it another chance. I was on a mission to find a particular toy and noticed that they were buy one get one half off. Great! I start looking and everything is in complete disarray. The whole toy area needs straightened up and organized. Once I got past this, I started to find toys, and I may have purchased more than I did but many of them didn’t have prices! I thought at first it was an isolated problem but it wasn’t. Honestly, they were either not marked or the tag was ripped or scratched off. Finally I decided on two items, one marked clearly for $ 23.99(Thomas) and the other marked down to $ 16.99. I get downstairs to the checkout and the girl tells me that not all toys qualify for the sale but she would check. Turns out they qualified but the toy marked down would now be full price — $ 26.99. I agreed to the purchase because one of the toys is a gift and I needed it, but this is a horrible way to practice business and disappoints me. One bad experience can be forgiven but two? Surely its not just me. I just hope that nobody else has to have this experience. Note: I sent the above review/message to Kohl’s and the manager called me and apologized for the lack of pricing which was nice. But I still feel like I was ripped off $ 10 lol

I love this Kohl’s. Don’t get me wrong — I love most Kohl’s, and I kind of have a serious issue with the amount of Kohl’s shopping I seem to do these days… But this one will always be my favorite. My mum and I started shopping here on Black Friday 2008, and we now start here for that shopping day each year. Yes, they are crazy crowded, as every place is, but they prepare for it with every single register being open, helpful staff members all over the place, and even the customer service and jewelry counters ring people out to keep the lines moving. We have met so many friendly people shopping at this location on Black Friday over the past few years, everyone armed with a ‘we’re all in this together’ mentality instead of a frenzied battle at the sales racks. I think this starts with the great customer service from the employees, and filters into all of us who shop there. They have the best sales, and you can combine pretty much any amount of coupons you have. For example, we had 20% off coupons for Black Friday, plus much of the merchandise was already 40−60% off, and then for every $ 50 you spend, you got $ 15 Kohl’s Cash to use the next week. The following week, I had another 20% off coupon, which I combined with the Kohl’s cash and the 40% off weekend sale. I did some Christmas shopping for my family, and some Christmas shopping for myself, I have to admit. Nothing more satisfying than when the cashier circles your ‘savings’ at the end of your receipt and it’s double what your actual cost was! Other perks: tons of coupons throughout the year if you have a Kohl’s Charge, and they are amazing with returns. No questions asked, bring back the item that you weren’t quite so in love with when you got it home, and they’ll exchange it. They run great deals on everything from clothes and accessories to kitchen gear, home supplies like towels and bedding, and fantastic holiday decorations. Also, they’ve got a huge selection of Pittsburgh sports gear for prices cheaper than normal. I feel like the employees at this location in particular have an eye out for savings. On multiple occasions, they’ve given me tips to save even more(for example, which coupon to use at a particular time when multiple coupons are in circulation). Quality and selection of products are great, and the prices can’t be beat. Oh, and I LOVE their shoe department. Just scored some incredible $ 80 boots for 30 bucks. Yes, Kohl’s, thank you!
