Mcdonalds continues to slip in the customer service category. It’s a beautiful summer day and there is no ice cream available or milkshakes. To find out there was no ice cream, I waited in line for 15 minutes while an employee was ordering a meal. She even ran around the corner of the counter to tell the grill people how to make her order special for her tastes. The counter person had to wait for her to come back to finish the order and serve the customers who actually pay. The best part was that, while eating my meal, another employee sat two tables away from me brushing her hair. Every McDonalds in the south hills is owned by the same owner operator who seems to have zero standards. Another employee walked around the dinning room with a drink and was coughing with out covering her mouth. This was my first trip to a McDonalds in a few months. I won’t be back any time soon.

It’s a mcdonalds. The burgers are greasy the drinks are cold and the fries are stale. With that said my son loves this place. He called it Donald’s. There is a nice play area that if he was allowed he would prob spend the whole day climbing around. As a parent I can only hope that they send someone in with a can of Lysol. A while back they completely messed up a drive threw order and we ended up with a free breakfast the next morning. The only thing I feel I can even partially recommend is the parfait. Other then that order at your own risk.
