This review is only for the one at Ross Park Mall. I never had an issues with the one at Robinson. I used to go there before. Never had any issues. Totally professional. Then I learnt about the one at Ross and since I live around that area, I thought u would give it a try. I went there thrice and all have been really bad experiences with this south Asian/Nepali woman. She is EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and does a bad job with the eyebrows. I strongly DONT recommend this place (again only the MIRACLE EYEBROWS at ROSS). I’m considering going back to the one at Robinson even though it’s far from where I live.

I come here whenever I need my brows done. If you have a busy schedule and have little time to wait, I suggest coming during the week. I’ve gone on a Friday afternoon throughout the weekend and experienced a wait of about 4 – 5 customers deep. Obviously this isn’t the staffs fault, they are getting their business. I have only ever seen 1 woman working at a time. I do like how it’s a quick appointment.
Some reviews say how they are always on the phone. Sometimes when I have gone they were, but they are sitting behing the counter on a low chair. You need to walk up to the desk and not assume they see you when you walk right in.
I will continue to come here for as long as they are at the mall.
