This review is of a furnished, corporate efficiency
It’s pretty good. Unilocal says 3-stars = «A-OK,» and that’s my rating. The rear, where residents enter the property from the parking deck, is in need of paint and a general fresh. It’s showing it’s age.
Inside my unit, things are good. The kitchen is basic, but it’s clean and everything works. Okay, the light switches are wonky, often requiring a second try to get them to turn on, which is weird. But it’s all clean, walls were freshly painted, and the carpet is clean. The furniture in my furnished unit is pretty good. The bedroom has a big dresser, for example.

I’m going to start by saying I do not live here nor do I know anyone that lives here. My friend has been apartment hunting downtown and this place was on the list.
If you are moving here from out of town and alone this may be the place for you. They offer a lot of group activities that would help you make friends. That is the only plus.
All of the units units are very shabby. Everything is very low end. I would hardly call the place luxury. A lot of the doors were sticking and it just seemed like the whole place needed a face lift.
You will get a lot more bang for your buck at other locations in the city. Please shop around. I guarantee you will find something larger with a lot more character for less money.
