The process for leasing a property with RE360 was very smooth and easy. The staff is extremely helpful and the process was fast. I signed a lease and moved in 3 days later. If you are looking for a nice place near the city, RE360 is the way to go!

Initially signing the lease: When scheduling a viewing of a property with RE360 don’t expect an agent that knows anything about the place that you are looking at. We looked at a property in the Southside of Pittsburgh and upon arrival we asked a few questions about the property. Such as does the place of Central Air? We were told yes. Does each bedroom have cable? We were told yes. Are all the appliances in the apartment included?(Apartment was occupied at the time of viewing and they were not home) We were told yes. See a pattern here? Well, none of the above answers were true. The place did not have central air and the unit we saw outside was for the bottom apartment and not ours. There was one cable outlet which was located in a closest in the living room. Microwave was not there(specifically asked the agent about it at time of viewing) and when we asked them about it, we were told that it was the residents. The actual living experience: Everything within the apartment was cheaply put together, for example, the towel holder and toilet paper holder immediately fell off the wall as soon as they were touched. Windows were missing screens and blinds. Within the first week, we were provided with a sheet of paper in which we were to state everything that was wrong with the place which we filled out and returned to them… Nothing was ever fixed. In the winter, our heating broke and our apartment was 45 – 50 degrees on any given night. We reported the problem on a Thursday and were told that it would be fixed Friday. They arrived Friday and said that they needed a new part for the furnace and would be back Monday to fix it. We asked if they could provide us with some space heaters as it was very uncomfortable in the apartment. They said yes, and that they would drop them off on Saturday. What we received was a heater that looked like a TV from the 1960’s with no screen. It was clearly pulled out of storage and had not been touched for years as it was covered in dust which they didn’t bother to clean. This was supposed to heat a living area and two bedrooms. When we turned on the«heater» it would screech and sound like a plane trying to take off. We decided that we would just suck it up and deal with it until Monday. Only problem was our furnace wasn’t fixed until the following Thursday… Once it was fixed our apartment, our apartment then was 85 – 90 degrees on any given night. The heat was completed turned off but still ran. I sent a text message to an agent who had an iphone because his read receipt was on and he clearly ignored my message because he had read it an hour before a sent a second one calling him out on it. His response was this: «Fill out a maintenance form» The problem was fixed 3 days later. Moving out: When we moved out they were very pushy. If you didn’t schedule a carpet cleaner then they would for you at an additional charge. Our security deposit was $ 1400 and we received a total of $ 1170 back. The carpet cleaning was $ 145 for two small bedrooms as they were the only ones with carpet. Also, we were charged $ 85 for general cleaning. We had the apartment professional cleaned when we moved out, and when originally moved in, there was dust and items left from previous tenants. Would i recommend RE360? Absolutely not. I spoke with the tenants below us and had horror stories of their own. Do yourself a favor and rent from any other possible option and save yourself from inevitable grief and frustration.
