Sleep Number

I purchased a mattress and base Oct 28,2015. Paid in full $ 4,360.21 on my credit card. I was very clear that it had to be delivered by Dec. 1,2015. They ASSURRED me «NO PROBLEM „DELIVERY IN 2 to 3 weeks, etc. etc. I explained that I would be in Florida Dec through March and this was NON_​NEGOTABLE — -If they couldn’t deliver by then I didn’t want it.
The mattress was not delivered by Nov 30 th, I called and cancelled the order. They apologized and assured me my card would be credited. By Dec 15 my card was still not credited — I CALLED AGAIN — - AGAIN I was assured it would be taken care of.
On Dec 20^th I received a call on my answering machine from SELECT COMFORT stating that my mattress would be delivered Jan 2, 2016. The next morning at 9 AM I returned the call and was put on hold 35 minutes, I hung up – called back and again was put on hold (with a ridiculous taped ad repeating the same thing — over and over and over and over etc — Still no person !!! I called the store and was told only customer service could cancel an order and I would have to keep trying to get through. I explained I tried for over 2 hours NO CONTACT !!! The store told me customer service „SERVICED“ over 800 stores and Monday was a bad day „TRY AGAIN TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY — they were better days““»”“
I called my credit card company and registered a dispute — and at this point still don’t know if this will ever be resolved.
In summary, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, unless you have nothing else to do but spend hours and hours ON HOLD trying to resolve problems. actually the only actual message I have from Sleep Number states that my order from Oct. 28, 2015 would be delivered Jan. 2, 2016. I will be in Florida till March — there will be no one home !!! These people are such idiots I hope they don’t leave it on the yard !!!

Had a great experience here. The staff were helpful and friendly and patient with me while I laid my way around the room. They performed a diagnostic sleep number assessment to determine what my sleep number was. I was actually quite surprised at the results. Got a mattress for my bad back. The end.
