One of the lady’s at the front desk, is very rude. Try to talk to the manager’s it is even worst… they cover each others back. Their rules don’t make any sense, for example if you at the pool and you are under 14 years old, after 8:00 pm you have to be with an adult at all times. Come on my daughter is 12 and very responsible i don’t think i need to watch her. I don’t like to swim, why do i have to spent all my time in the pool area watching my daughter swim and not work out?
This rule is for their own convenience, so when the time comes to close the pool, all the kids have to be with their parents and they don’t have to stay a minute longer. I understand all of that, but not up to 14 years of age, maybe 10. And time wise it can be 9:00pm.
Parents work, kids have homework and it is reasonable to go an relax, get some exercise from 7 – 9 pm Why do they have to ruined my family’s night and make us upset…
If anyone agrees with the age and time rules, please make a complain, and hopefully the community can make a change to make our lives easier!
