Update 12⁄2015: This Starbucks has gotten SO much better. The drinks have been right most of the time and the employees seem to really be getting it together — — — the other Starbucks had a drive through, I’d probably go there over this one. It’s convenient which is why I keep coming back but the service is pretty bad. I’m there almost every day and my drink is only right MAYBE half of the time. They’re more concerned with being«cutesy» and making some horrible attempt at being funny over the speaker than actually listening to what I’m ordering. One time in particular I told the girl my drink was wrong, and she looked at me blankly like she didn’t know what she was supposed to do about it. If Island Bean made what I like to drink, I’d stop going to Starbucks all together EDIT11÷2÷15: drink is wrong. Typical. Down to 2 stars.

Lady at drive-thru was very helpful & sweet! I had ordered a egg & cheddar biscuit. which she nicely said they where out of & suggested a feta & spinach wrap. It was amazing! I wanted to go back for a second:)) Thank You

Finally a drive through Starbucks in the North Hills. I’m not always a fan of starbucks-but it is close and there usually is not a line of cars as is the deal with other locations(ahem-Greentree!) So far, so good!

This is the new location on McKnight Road. First of all. .. It has a drive-thru!!! Inside it is spacious, clean and brightly lit. Some locations are rather dim inside so I appreciate the lighting. The day I went it was fairly quiet inside with only a few patrons. The baristas were very friendly with both each other and the customers. I always like going somewhere where the staff seems to enjoy their job! They offer several seating options. Everything from large conference style table and chairs to private table seating, to cushy booths lining the back wall. The only thing I would change is that I’d like to see more«comfy» chairs for those of us who like to relax and read a book while they enjoy their coffee. For those of you who prefer a working environment, this is a great location for you! The food and coffee was what I have come to expect from the Starbucks chain. I look forward to re-visiting this location.

Ah, the newly opened Starbucks on McKnight Road and this one has a drive through. The interior dining room is slightly on the small side with not many square feet. It is clean and appears attractive. They have a nice balance of seating and tables. One large table with eight chairs. A bar styled seating area with five chairs and six round individual tables that are placed on the other end of the room near an «L» shaped leather wrapped bench. Starbucks did their homework in adding enough electric outlets in the seating areas. You immediately notice a quieter atmosphere, again I believe due to the drive through. No jazz music though. Fingers crossed that this Starbucks location will ease the traffic at my regular Starbucks I go to. Making that one quieter. Beverages I noticed were made with little delay despite only three baristas behind the counter. Oh and the WiFi works!
