Supercuts

Came here to get my haircut last week, and the lady there really fucked up my hair. I asked to just get the dead ends off, and I ended up getting 3 inches off my layers. Not only that but it was really lop sided. The one side was shorter than the other and there were random short and long pieces everywhere. And there’s this one piece of hair that is shorter than the rest and doesn’t blend in at all. I was just trying to get a trim so I could grow my hair out, now looks like it’s gonna need cut again to fix. I swear I’m never getting a haircut from here ever again! I will never ever step into a Supercuts in my life, and I’m telling everyone I know. Those hair stylist don’t care about making people happy, only to get someone out of their chair as fast as they can. The worst part about it all is that the lady said she was the manager! Ugh, don’t waste your money and save yourself from crying because people don’t know how to cut hair. I’ve talked to people who actually worked at a Supercuts in Pittsburgh and they said the company will basically hire anyone, even if they don’t know how to cut hair and just came from school. They probably «teach» them and send them right out on the floor to fuck everyone’s hair up. Don’t go here!!!
*UPDATE* I found out the lady who fucked up my hair is the manager and name is Kelly. My hair is still horrible and looks like she missed a lot of spots layering my hair. Like there is a hole, and not blended. Anyways… never go here or go to Kelly… if the manager does this kind of bad work I would not wanna know how everyone else is. Not worth the whole year to grow this shit out.

What’s the point of having online check-​in if you still have to wait 45 minutes on arrival? You lost a regular customer.

I have visited this location of Supercuts at least a couple of times so far. This time was the fastest shampooing and one of the fastest haircuts that I have ever gotten in my life. The business was not busy at all. I was the only customer there, so I think that the employee should have spent more time with me. I had the employee combine a few of my cards for the «Get 12 haircuts at this Supercuts store, and your 13^th haircut is free» deal. I have been going to Supercuts every month for 1.5 years, so I should have earned a free haircut by now. I, however, have only 7 stamps on my card currently. I do not think that the employees date all of the stamps or that the employee combined all of my cards quite right. Nonetheless, I have been happy with the quality of the haircuts for the price.

Everyone is very friendly and good for basic haircuts. I get my eyebrows waxed here all the time. My only complaint is that they have limited hours on Sat (10 – 6) and Sun (10 – 5)

Out of the past 10 haircuts I’ve only had 1 where I retouched it a little when I got home. My hair is rather difficult to blend on the sides. The girls are always really nice both on the phone and in person, however I have noticed this particular location has a high amount of turnover.
