I stopped in on Monday in the middle of the day there were two employees each with a customer. They asked what I wanted and I said a pedicure. They said nothing further, I sat and waited for 15 minutes and still nothing was said. Another woman walks in and clearly knows the nail technician and said«Hi(whatever her name was), are you busy should I come back later?». Then they proceeded to tell her to have a seat and began doing her nails. I got up and left since still no one said anything to me. Plus the place was gross. Don’t waste your time going here!

Stay far away! My friend and I needed our nails done on an emergency basis. It was a Sunday afternoon, so my regular salon wasn’t open and I decided to try V Nails… bad decision. This place is dirty and feels really cramped. I should have walked right out, but I didn’t. Instead, I sat right down and decided I would just deal with it. Then, wwhile trimming my cuticles, the man proceeded to cut me three times! That’s right. Not once … Not twice … But three times. He didn’t trim my nails at all and refused to when I asked him. This nightmare of a manicure resulted in the sloppiest shellac I have ever seen.(I removed my own shellac at home prior to getting my nails done, so no one tried to use the drill on me– thank god!) Anyway, the paint job was so uneven and so bad that I had two nails chip just a few days after my appointment! Never again. I’m not sure how this place stays in business.

They do a good job and I just come here because its close by to my home and they take credit card. The ladies Unilocal in whichever language there speaking. Very noisy and don’t try to entertain the clients. Just very loud and obnoxious. Whenever I come in I just wear my headphones to block out there annoying voices and the Asian channel they watch on tv.

Went today for a mani/pedi once I sat down on their awful fur covered pedicure chair I felt awkward and then noticed how dirty the place was! I thought about leaving right then and there but I felt bad and figured I would give it a chance. Big mistake! The lady barley rubbed my feet and it was like 15mins long. During the manicure she made me bleed the other workers and 3 kids were eating, then they changed tv channel to a soap opera in their language! I wish I would have read reviews beforehand!

Here are 5 reasons to avoid V-Nails: 1) It is DIRTY. The nail polishes are crusty and have dust on the bottles. in fact, there is dust all over the«salon.» In other cities they would not be meeting codes. 2) They trash talk their clients. I stopped in for a mani/pedi this week(my last at VNails) and I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional the staff was. At one point three woman came in asking for a manicure, when they left because it was too busy, the staff immediately started to make fun of them. Likewise, the woman doing my pedicure tried to get me to talk about someone who had just called in. This is bad business. 3) The manicures do not last. Mine chipped within two days. 4) The selection of polishes is bleak. Do not come here if you want anything past 1995 5) You will feel uncomfortable and wished you had gone somewhere else. Literally, the gross condition of the store and the rude manner of the staff will make you regret your choice of salons. When your manicure chips within days, you will further regret it.

This place was convenient, and I just needed the shellac removed from my nails until I could schedule an appointment with my regular place(that had my favorite color) and when I arrived at V Nails, I was waiting for almost five minutes before someone came from the back and greeted me. I quickly explained that I needed my polish removed and was quoted 31.00. There was a sign on the wall that read«spa manicure with shellac $ 26» I asked why the removal was more than the manicure. I was being charged 6.00 to remove it. Then I explained that I wanted a removal only, and was quoted $ 10. I insisted that it was $ 6 for the manicure service and only having it removed from five nails. I was then quoted $ 6 for the few nails that it hadn’t already come off of. Then I was sat down and the guy stuck my hands into a tiny bit of acetone(not enough to place the nails into completely) and then the guy proceeded to bring out a drill file. A drill file for shellac?!? No, they’re my nails and not acrylic, we won’t be needing that. The guy argued that this is how you remove shellac. No, it isn’t…this isn’t my first removal and we won’t be burning through my natural nails with that drill anytime soon, I like my nails undamaged, thanks. He walked away from me and left me there for 20 minutes when a woman came from the back and sat down. She performed the necessary task if removing my shellac, complaining about the acetone possibly splashing on her disgusting bebe top that was three sizes too small and didn’t belong at a brothel, much less a nail salon. She was wrapping up with my polish removal, when the guy came from the back and proceeded to «tell me off» about how I should go across the street to Walmart and buy acetone so I can soak my own polish off next time. I was astounded by his rudeness and vindictive remarks. I questioned if he was being rude intentionally, and every one in the salon stated that they would not be returning to the salon due to his remarks and poor treatment of his customers. The woman also gave me a hard time about using my credit card, and the so-called minimum is $ 10! It was disorganized, dirty and the employees were very unfriendly, be warned prior to visiting this place!
