Very disappointed and rather surprised because of how beautiful of a facility it is. The man that did my gell manicure was rude and yelled at me for bumping a nail when he moved the light and it hit my nail. My friend who got a regular manicure had nail polish all around her fingers when she walked out. The woman doing her nails left 3 times to go finish another woman’s nails and repeated the same step of the manicure on the same fingers 3 times. Why start a new customer when you aren’t finished with the other?

I was very disappointed with the service at this salon. While the salon itself is very big and could accommodate many customers, there weren’t enough employees working to keep up. I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The communication is very poor — I specified which nail color and brand that I wanted for my nails 3 times and they still didn’t acknowledge me and I ended up getting something different. The overall quality was poor as my toes were smudged by the time I got home. As I moved to get my nails done, I had to pretty much argue about what color I wanted. When I told her, she made a snide remark and rolled her eyes as she didn’t agree on my color choice. I had to specify multiple times to get what I wanted. She went on to insult me because my nails were«so short» and«too small». I didn’t appreciate feeling this way — the reason people go to a nail salon is to improve their nails. If I had perfect nails, I wouldn’t need the service. I will not be going back. I prefer to have a pleasant experience when getting my nails done.
