This is real, fresh, unadulterated frozen yogurt. It is not the chemical factory yogurts at other chain places. In one word — delicious. Have the passion fruit and original, they are both awesome.

Frozen yogurt tastes good. All the extras are lost on us: we simply don’t like them. Also the prices are too high to make this a good value.

Wasn’t expecting much when I came here. But, was rather pleased with the yogurt. Absolutely delicious. Was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t self serve. But, still an A+ in my book

This place is simply the best frozen yogurt around with the freshest ingredients. The staff is always very nice and let’s you try all the flavors until you decide what you’d like. We love using our punch cards too!

Although I’ve always enjoyed frozen yogurt, both the tangy and B&J kind, I harbor a small sadness that it never actually tastes like yogurt that’s been frozen. So I was already in a place of acceptance when the world as I knew it ended. Ayelada has life-changing frozen yogurt. It is incredibly fresh, rich but light, and wonderfully balanced flavors. As much as I enjoyed the flavors, my favorite is the original flavor. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It is an unfortunately rare treat to get fresh yogurt products.

They always have very good flavors and a bunch of toppings to choose from. The bobas always change and I add them to my yogurt every time I go! Highly recommended!

The best fro yo I have ever had and locally sourced! Clean restaurant. They put the toppings on your fro yo. The flavors change weekly.

Wow! There is NO comparison of this store with any other frozen yogurt place! It is the best I’ve ever had. They even let you have more than one flavor. Suggestion: peach pie + raspberry = Peach Melba! The raspberry is so intense, though, you need less of it than the peach in one bite. You have have add ons… But I’m a purist.

What can I say about Ayelada that hasn’t been said before? This is homemade froyo that’s creamy and pleasantly tart, every flavor I’ve had tastes real and is incredibly delicious, and there are lots of wholesome and indulgent toppings. Ayelada’s a bright and happy shop, and it’s a wonderful place to go with friends, family, or on a casual date.

Ayelada is not just a frozen yogurt joint. The owners believe firmly in using local products and making their yogurt with this real local yogurt. Their flavors are unusual and delicious and the staff are more than friendly. This is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. It literally tastes like yogurt(think Greek yogurt etc) that is frozen(as opposed to traditional ice cream or fro yo). The s’mores flavor is a must try!

Ayelada is the Greek word for cow and nostimo is the Greek word for delicious! If your palate is ready to step away from the heavily processed, overly sugary frozen yogurt found in many other well-known buffet-topping chains, then open wide and get ready to smile, as Ayelada is sure to delight. I can count on my sister’s good taste and appreciation for local, sustainable living, so I expected only the best when she steered the minivan with three generations of our family into town for an afternoon snack following a morning concert at Tanglewood. Minimalist décor and well-lit, the friendly service helped us get started out on the right foot. I was even happier when the staff was kind enough to check on options for my nephew with his nut allergies. The triple berry flavor was quite good, but I decided to go with dark chocolate raspberry, although the original and tropical punch were also well-liked among the group. Check their website for a listing of current flavors, as they change weekly. The topping options gave me plenty to ponder and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space. Recycling of the colorful spoons is a nice touch, although you may want to bring them home for cleaning and future use for kids. I find that it is easy to give someplace focused on dessert options five stars, but Ayelada really deserves high praise for the quality and feel-good experience. As they proclaim — fresh, local and real!

Really good yogurt! Original us my favorite. Try adding cinnamon at the topping bar. Nice atmosphere and lots of seating. Customer service could be better but it’s a local favorite.

I don’t always admit it when my mother-in-law is right, but she nailed this one. She said that the frozen yogurt at Ayelada is the best she’s ever had and that I’d agree. Darn it, she was right! The yogurt here is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. They only have two machines, each with two flavors. I tasted all four. Today’s flavors were original(mildly tart), strawberry-banana, dark chocolate and almond butter. They’re all based on the original, made on the premises and all taste much more like fresh ingredients than the other multi-handled competitors that I’ve visited. Don’t get me wrong; I like the chain frozen yogurt shops with their vast inventive flavor selections. But this place is simpler, more wholesome and more delicious. I will definitely be back, maybe even with my mother-in-law.(I should probably treat, right?)

We dropped in at this froyo store after having dinner in the area and we loved this restaurant. The store was clean, the staff was polite, and the frozen yogurt was incredible. The toppings bar was well stocked and the quality blew us out of the water. The small critiques we had were that they didn’t have a no sugar added option. This was not a large concern and didn’t impact our rating. The slight letdown was that the serving looked huge, but when we got it there was a huge empty space in the center of the serving. That being said, this is a great location and we hope to come back in the future. The birthday cake flavor here had to be the best that we have ever had!

By far the best froyo I have ever tried; I can’t even eat at any other place that uses pre-packaged flavors anymore. I always follow the facebook page to see what new flavors will show up every Monday and Tuesday. Also it helps that the owner and staff are the nicest people ever. I just wish there was another location in north county!

Ayelada will make you happy. It’s pretty much exactly what a froyo place is supposed to be. They make it themselves… Local milk, local ingredients, seasonal and rotating flavors, oh and every topping you could ever think you wanted. So just sample all the current flavors, pick one and order it loaded. You’ll leave a happy camper.

It’s good. I had the original with a whole tons of toppings. The yogurt tasted fresh and not like chemicals like most places. It’s not self serve which is kinda strange even the toppings so you kinda stuck with how much they give you instead of how much you want… so I had way too many strawberries and not enough coconut on mine.

Just come here. OK, there are dozens of frozen yogurt shops. If you are reading this, you probably care about the quality and taste of your food. So, just come here. Not only does Ayelada make frozen yogurt from locally sourced milk and ingredients, they make it from my wife’s favorite yogurt — Sidehill Farms( ). We go out of our way so that she can buy this locally made fresh yogurt in the top of the line stores — like Guido’s in Lenox. It is expensive stuff. And, they use it to make frozen yogurt. Can you believe it? This is not some kind of industrial chain with powered flavors. This is the real stuff. Just go.

I’m so glad this place exists! Locally sourced milk and yogurt comes together in a glorious mix to create Ayelada froyo. Their favors rotate, and they only have 3 or 4 at a time, but honestly I think the choice is actually easier with fewer options… psychologically speaking. They have pints for $ 5, which I think is an awesome deal. My coconut with chocolate chips, cinnamon, and honey was sublime, and I sampled the original yogurt and was a big fan of that too. Try it out! Free wifi, lots of seating, fun music, clean.
