I love the food, but I feel it is kind of pricey for what you’re getting. Also, when my boyfriend and I order either sit-in or even to-go, they never have most of the items we want to order. There was one time, we waited the entire time we «thought» they were making our order, but after 10 – 15 minutes they decided to tell us they ran out of the item we wanted. Very disappointed.

Great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. I love the ‘you pick two’ option and always get the Fuji apple chicken salad and soup. Great baked goods and refreshing beverages. Their seasonal fare is always fun to check out. This is my husband and my go to place when we want to grab fast, but fresh and tasty takeout.

I love this place. It’s a great healthy alternative to the surrounding fast food empires. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile and in my case the mile being– looking up the exact grams of fat in my salad dressing. The baked goods are always fresh and delicious. I was even informed the other day that all leftover food from the day is donated at the end of each day to the less fortunate. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place… Nice atmosphere whether you stay twenty minutes or two hours. Great place to meet a friend and hang out and reconnect or bring your computer and surf the net or do a bit of work. Favorites any of the paninis yum and the cheddar broccoli soup is the best. Try the pick two half a sandwich with soup or salad. Nice employees too.

Whatever. I’m over it; food can be good but lately it’s been crappy, like burnt Panini’s half the size, a bread bowl that hasn’t been hollowed out & sulky employees. Today I listened to employees chat about their social lives as they were preparing food & clearly didn’t care about what they were making. I feel like the newer management(2 yrs or less) has been moody tho the evening supervisor is great. I’m tired of this place & now with the confusing & more expensive menu, I don’t want to go back. This is why Marketplace Café on North St is significantly better & I’ll pay the extra $ 2.

I almost always get the half sandwich and soup at any Panera. This seems to be a staple of mine and probably the best deal on the menu. Going with the whole sandwiches always makes me feel pretty light in the wallet after a meal. This place is usually pretty busy, I like to go after peak hours 1PM and 7PM are the only times I would go but even at standard hours they are pretty good at getting things done quick. The french onion soup is really the only one that I like from their menu. This however tastes a little bitter and salty, most likely the result of reduction keeping it hot all day. The tuna salad is very good, the Italian club is pretty good too but has made me sick once, which I feel like is a deal breaker.

This was the third time I’ve eaten Panera, and the first at a sit-down. I enjoyed the creamy tomato soup, ½ greek salad and looking on at others’ food. Friendly servers came out and offered us a full menu when we walked up to read the fixings. When we left, I intended to get tea and a pastry but the line was incredibly long and there’s not separate counter to get tea — that would be great!

I love their Fuji apple salad. Dried apple chips are good. Nice selection of bagels and pastries as well.
