Way overpriced and a undersized pizza. Would not buy again. The pizza is also very soggy. There are better pizzas out here that are less expensive

Called in an order and was told 20 minutes. Since I live about that far away and had stops to make along the way, I left immediately. Still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after getting there! Now, it’s been 20 years since I’ve been to a Papa Gino’s, I wasn’t impressed then, I’m not impressed now. Pizzas(3) were overcooked — tough crusts and very crunchy(NOT crispy –crunchy!), wings — too much coating, very pasty, hardly any meat. Pasta was dry — needed more sauce. Maybe I’ll go back in 2035, but until then — no thank you.

I visit Pittsfield 2 – 3 times a year to see family and we always come to here, best pizza I’ve ever had, they are always pretty fast and everything is hot and delicious, we got the all you can get pizza this time and they give you three slices to start and you can go back for a refill 2 at a time and you can even switch to pasta of you want.

The pizza had way to much sauce and not enough toppings. For being an XL pizza it was pretty small for the price. The buffalo wings were super gummy. The only good thing was the cinnamon sticks. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Excellent pizza. I have been going there for years, and I have never had a bad meal. I am a vegetarian, and my favorite dish is an extra large traditional crust pizza with black olives and pineapple. I usually get the thin crust. It is so good, I find little need to vary my choice. You should try it sometime. Occasionally, I will order a salad. The ingredients are always fresh, and the vegetables look as though they were just harvested that very morning. The restaurant itself is always clean and inviting. They have a decent corporate rewards program. And, their customer service is first rate. I think all of the workers there are stellar, but I should single out Donna as particularly personable. She has an innate knack for making you feeI right at home, and makes you forget you are eating in a chain restaurant. I would highly recommend their delicious food to everyone.

Normally I would not complain about this pizza joint, but I feel the need to counter the review by «Fred O.» who obviously has some invested interest in giving 5 stars to a fast food place but yet never reviewing any other establishment. Ever. My conclusion is the Fred is a manager who thinks that placing a fake review on my absolutely fav site is going to go unnoticed and unchecked! Bull. Fred, your pizza sucks. Mine had toenails and rancid meat on it. So now your 5 star BS review has been neutralized. Lie for a lie bud. Nothing in life is free, not even a 5 star review of your pizza place. Let this be a lesson to those that LIE on forums dedicated to truth!!!

Despite being a chain, Papa Gino’s is a league above Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s. Their pizza is the closest to NY style thin crust where cheese and sauce are not separate layers but rather a more satisfying union. There is excellent variety which expands with summer additions, like the Fresh Spinach and Feta Veggie*. Service and consistency are top notch. Online and generous rewards program are nice perks. It’s the one pizza chain that can satisfy a pizza aficionado. And it should be mentioned that there is a lot more on the menu than pizza. * Fresh Spinach and Feta Veggie: Fresh baby spinach, feta, red onions, roasted red peppers, balsamic marinated tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, 3-cheese blend, fresh basil and garlic with a parmesan crust

The restaurant is more up to date than the old one and more spacious if you have a large group for dinner. The food was really great hot and fresh! It is expensive for specialty pizzas but the new ones are very delicious. Good for the family.

I’m not a big Gino’s fan in general but ill get it because I’m a pizza freak. The food besides the pizza, is average. The salads are weak with very little toppings. Cheese bread and pasta will suffice. Overall I think this place is average with a slightly high price tag.
