I was in the Dickson City, PA store on Monday ²⁄₂₂. As I was paying for my purchase, the computer froze. After a 15 minute wait for the system to come back up, I checked my bank app and showed both the cashier and store manager that the transaction had cleared my account. I was then told that the store receipts did NOT show that I had paid & I would have to pay again and wait to see if I was charged twice. I then had to wait for the cashier to re scan my purchases and paid a SECOND time. I called the store on ²⁄₂₄ after noticing that I had indeed been charged TWICE and was told I would have to wait another 24hrs to see if the charges were reversed! I checked with my bank again today ²⁄₂₅ and I have still not been refunded!!! I have been completely inconvenienced and am out $ 76 for days now! I would expect more from a national chain!!!

The place is so rundown and dirty. They are always out of stock on sale items. Te checkout lines are very long because there is usually only one or 2 lanes open because nobody shops there. They always have broken equipment such as credit card readers, Even the air conditioning is broken al the time. I prefer supporting Kmart over Walmart but this place is disaster

Wilkes-Barre, PA

Kmart is ok but it is more expensive than Wal Mart. The good thing is this; it’s not a zoo like Wilkes Barre Wal Mart.
