Beer tastes like the lines haven’t been cleaned in years. All the pizzas on gluten free crust came out cold and all the toppings raw. Kids pizzas on the other hand were scalding hot. Anyone who had French fries… They were cold. The place is a mess They dropped the ball big time. It was my first visit. No way in hell I’ll be coming back.

The first time I ate here was 3 weeks ago, and I’ve now eaten there 3 times. I usually don’t eat out but this place is so great I crave it weekly. The first time I was there I ordered a 10 inch build your own pizza, with marinara, ham, roasted bell peppers, basil, mozzarella, and smoked gouda. The menu has many other pizzas, sandwiches and salads that look really appealing. The problem is that I love my build your own pizza so much I’ve ordered it three times. I’m dying to try everything on the menu but I keep craving the same Pizza. Twice, I have ordered their side salad with their pesto balsamic dressing which is amazing. I want to buy bottles of this dressing. My hubby had the swordfish and avocado Club. He loved it. Then he also tried a build your own with marinara, pepperoni, jalapeño, mushrooms, roasted peppers, and mozzarella which he really enjoyed. My three-year-old ordered the chicken fingers and fries and he asks for them every day now. He’s incredibly picky and doesn’t like much. He refers to Craftsman as «the restaurant» and ask if we can go and says he wants chicken nuggets. The restaurant Décor has a hip and modern feel to it, and the servers always smile and offer good service. I will keep going back: I need to try some of the other pizzas with steak and rosemary potatoes and other ingredients on them. They sound delish

Whenever I’m in town I have to stop by! The wood used in heir oven is special, giving it a heavenly wood-smoked flavor. It’s excellent. This place serves the best pizza around! This is the only pizza place around that will put goat cheese on the pizza! This is a pizza you won’t regret eating! However upon my last visit the inside seemed a bit messy. The food was still delicious however.

This is one of my new favorite restaurants. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the NBA playoffs with our delicious food and drinks. The wings are AMAZING — we got BBQ and they were perfectly crispy with plenty of chicken on each wing. Our pizzas were both incredible — we got the pulled pork pizza, and steak & jalapeño(Black & Blue). I’m sure that all of their pizzas are incredible. Lastly, their beer selection is awesome. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a perfect date night Craftsman! :)

I’ve been to this spot a few times, usually with friends or my son and seem to get pretty decent service while sitting at a table. Today, I happened to be by myself craving some pizza and happy hour. I walked in and sat directly at the bar. There were 2 guys behind the bar, one washing dishes and one closing Out some guests that were getting up to move to a table. I made eye contact with a minimum of 4 employees there(a couple girls walking Around and one standing at the end of the bar), none of which acknowledged my existence. I sadly sat at the bar looking around hoping to get someone’s attention, but after a while decided to go elsewhere. As I got up to leave, again, made eye contact with multiple employees and not one said goodbye or even realized that I was leaving in a huff for being completely ignored. They get 2 stars for previous experiences being ok, but… As of today I will probably not return or compliment them to my friends. Which really is a shame because I live right down the street and usually suggest this place for good pizza and beer. :(I wish the service could have been up to par. Funny how less than 5 minutes of being completely ignored can change someone’s view forever. Yet, a simple acknowledgment of existence would have made all the difference.

Re-inventing Pizza! This is a cool spot. My first time! Clean bar area is spacious and a great place to mingle with fellow Pizza Divas! I chatted with 3 regular customers that frequent the place regularly. They had their favourites. I was convinced to try the Pastrami pizza! What? OMG. I loved it! Mustard. Pastrami, dill pickle, carm onion, and a special ingredient. I will be back. The beer selection is vast with funky large sized bottles and a great selection of craft on tap. Great place to watch a sporting event and enjoy great food! Joe is the owner. He is a knowledgeable restaurant guy, and loves to chat about what we think, and open to new ideas! This is worth trying!

I love love love this place. Their tri tip sandwich is by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had with its tender meat, spicy arugula & yummy spread. Service is always spot on and they have a great beer & wine selection. What else could you possibly need in a small town local spot?

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I heard about the opening from a teacher at my elementary school about two years ago, since apparently her husband was the owner… Interesting enough, right? Me and my parents decided to try it out and loved it right away. The only thing I’ve tried so far is the pizza, so I guess that might tell you how much I love it. I’m eager to try the other sections of the menu the next time I go. I’m one of the few people I know that actually likes anchovies on pizza… This restaurant is actually the first place I had ever had anchovies. I got it a couple times because it was great, but recently I was disappointed to see it was taken off the menu. I guess that’s one consequence of having such an acquired taste…(sad face) Tip: If you’re new to the place, I’d recommend getting one of the pizzas, preferably«The Super»(I think that’s he name), which is a regular pizza with bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. I think it gives a good representation of the style and quality of the food here.

We love the pulled pork pizza and the citrus salad! If your looking for something different you have to try the pastrami pizza. Great wine and beer prices! Service is always good. And the owner always makes an effort to come by and check on all the tables.

Okay why in the world does the owner keep deleting my comments? I will keep commenting. Okay, I went in the afternoon once, and the food was okay. What bothered me was that they took forever to bring out my food, and they had the audacity to look at me and my friends weird. Everyone in the restaurant was white, and they got attended to first. The pizza was done okay, but service matters to me. I’ll definitely be going to Blaze.

To start, this restaurant is owned by my 5th grade teacher’s husband, so I love going there and supporting them. She was one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, including taking into account the professors I had in college. Go Mrs. Rasic! That being said, we have been here loads of times(once a week at one point), usually leaving full and satisfied. However, the last time we went months ago left a very sour taste in our mouths, and we haven’t been back since. :( Unfortunately, our waitress was AWFUL. She may have been the worse waitress I’ve ever had. Water wasn’t refilled, she never took the time to ask how the meal was or if we needed anything, and barely looked us in the eye when talking to us. We sat near the back in a table for two near the main walkway, so there was no excuse to be so ignored. I also saw her engaging with other customers, but never with us. At times, it felt almost racist, because we were the only Asian diners there at the time. Sorry it’s just the two of us and she thought she wouldn’t get a good tip or something, but considering that service I’m not sorry that we didn’t tip at all. Maybe we will be back one of these days, but in the meantime we have been making wonderful pizzas at home to save money and skimp out on bad service. Please fix this, Mr. Rasic!

I like it here. Great local beer options, decent pizza menu. Ordered a sweet and spicy for myself, and for the kids off their jr menu had the cheese pizza and the corndog. Overall the pizza was good, crust was thin and pizza was foldable. I would’ve wanted the crust slightly crispier, but I’m splitting hairs when I say that. The kids enjoyed their pizza and corndog, so no complaints there. Service was nice and attentive without being intrusive. Overall I will come back!

This review is based on a large call-in order I did, last night. I worked a Color Guard event, for Valencia High School, and was responsible for feeding 10 judges at dinner. I called in each order, and it was clearly repeated back to me. I phone in an hour before and was sure they knew of my pick-up time. Not only was the food ready when expected, but all 10 orders were correct, presented well, stayed hot during the ride back, but were enjoyed by all. The peace of mind I had, was well worth returning a visit on my own, or with a group.

Came with a large party and they were very accommodating to our needs. Small little unique pizza place and your clothes will smell like smoke when you leave. Service: — Great great service! I can understand the difficulty in taking care of a large party. They did an awesome job taking care of us with our little demands. Food: Fire roasted bruschetta — Unique take on bruschetta. Really enjoyed the vinegar and fresh tomatoes Tempura green beans — Anything that is fried tastes good, right? A healthy take on unhealthy food… The description said a little bit of spice, but there were traces of anything spicy. Roasted Veggie — Unique, tasted fresh and healthy! Grilled steak & potato — I have never had a steak and potato pizza, but I do love steak and potatoes… I think I would prefer that combination not on a pizza haha Overall: Check it out! Service is great and the food has its own creative twist

I usually order pizza here, take out. It’s is a family favorite. They have, probably the best, pizza I have ever had. I base that off of having tried 6 of their various toppings combos. What is unique is that they have traditional pizza for kids, pepperoni, but have more involved pizzas like the steak and potato, my favorite. Unfortunately you can’t find pizza like this anywhere, I know because I have looked.

More like a 2.5 A semi-disappointing experience while visiting back home. They are located in a convenient location. It looks kind of small from outside, but inside it’s spacious. The ambiance was nice except for the horrible country music playing for over an hour. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The place was empty except for about 3 or 4 tables. We waited at the front for a few minutes before anyone decided to seat us and the other family behind us. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed the whole time even though she was only working 2 other small tables besides us. My brother ordered the small veggie pizza. It was decent, but nothing memorable. I had read about the Pastrami pizza and was intrigued. I often choose the same toppings, so I thought I would branch out and try something different. I should have returned it! First off, it was burnt/overcooked. Secondly, it was smothered with mustard. I thought it would be a slight drizzle of mustard — no. I was scraping the mustard off it was terrible. The smell of it, awful. Even now, the thought of it makes me feel icky. They really should just serve the mustard on the side. I’m kicking myself for not complaining. I would have mentioned it for sure to the waitress but she never once checked on us or asked us how anything was. I had hoped to bring a bbq chicken pizza to go for my mom, but that is not on their list of pizza choices. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I had a better experience at Pizza 900. As a side note, I did see 2 sandwiches on the table next to me. They had ordered a meatball sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. I don’t know how they tasted, but they looked good. Generally at a place known for pizza that’s what I’m going to order, not sandwiches.

I tried this place today and in my opinion it’s average pizza. I got the roasted veggie and my sister got the pastrami. The toppings on my veggie pizza were good but I didn’t think the crust, which is the measure of any pizza, was great. It didn’t have any wood fired flavor or any yeasty flavor; the dough barely had any flavor. My sister’s pastrami was burned on the bottom and tasted like a cracker. I don’t know why she didn’t take it back. Way overhyped place. There are literally a hundred other places to get pizza in Orange County. If you want excellent pizza check out Pizza 900 in Laguna Hills. You won’t be able to eat anywhere else.

I wasn’t expecting much coming out to a pizza/craft beer place since I don’t really drink. And although pizza may be satisfying at times, it’s not my all time favorite. I’m honestly okay with Costco cheese pizza or Pieology if I want to get a bit fancy. But I’m surprised to say that the steak and potato pizza was really good! It was well portioned too, not so small like other places. I’d come back to this place for seconds just to try something else out of the ordinary.

After a subpar first visit I decided to come back. This place is all about the pizza. Many options, tasty pies, and a solid selection of craft beers. Give it a shot and you’ll definitely find something you like here. My tip would be to stay away from salads… they aren’t the highlight of the menu. Go figure, the pizzas are the bee’s knees… and they even have gluten free options!

Came here for lunch with my man’s family. Party of 9 seated right away at 12 on Sunday. Service was on point, no complaints about that. What I tried: Bloody Mary — More sweet than spicy. Served with a piece of bacon. I did not like the bacon, but the drink was good. I am used to a spicier Bloody Mary, perhaps you can ask for more spice, but it was ok. Garlic Fries — Really good. They could have been a tad crispier though. Side Salad — I got it with Blue Cheese Dressing. Dressing served on this side. It was a nice mix of fresh greens, carrots, tomatoes, and onions and the prefect amount of dressing. Pepperoni Pizza — Delicious! All around great flavor, lots of cheese. Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Pizza — Super good, great flavor, loved the garlic ricotta on it. Only gripe is the toppings weren’t evenly spread so one piece only had cheese and a small piece of bacon. Pastrami Pizza — OMG! I have never had this before and I loved it! Pickles, mustard and pastrami on a pizza… didn’t sound good to me, but I tried and I loved it. I would order that in the future for sure. Prices were good, the small pizzas(10 inch) were under $ 10 and they were filling, so we brought half home. All of the pizzas were super cheesy, they do not skimp with the cheese at all, and they aren’t greasy. They also have lots of craft beers and wine. Very glad I suggested this for the family lunch, everybody loved it. This is a great place, we will definitely be back!
