Pizza Hut

This is the worst Pizza Hut with the worst customer service. The manager is rude and unwilling to accept when she’s wrong. Every time we order pizza for pick up at a specific time, we wind up waiting at least 20 minutes. Every time we order for delivery, it’s cold.

The place to go if you’re looking for undercooked pizza dough. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pizza hut!

Horrible service, called to put in a carry out order. Just wanted clarification about the specials, and he puts me on hold to ask his manager, and waited about 3 minutes for him to hang up. Called back and he was continuing to ask what we wanted to order like we weren’t on the phone with him previously. Ended up talking to the manager because their employee didn’t want to talk to us anymore

Worst people on the phone taking my order!!! Rude as rude can be !!! I will never go or call them again!!! If you worked for me… you wouldn’t work for me

One star is too many, but Unilocal doesn’t have a zero choice. I phoned in an order for delivery, was told 20 – 30 mins. At one hour, I called and was told my order was placed for pick up instead of delivery! I was given the Asst Mngr, who told me I could get 20% off for what was sitting under warmers or wait another 40 mins if I wanted a fresh one. Decided on the original because we were starving. Told me she now had to add a delivery charge since it wasn’t in my original total, and the total increased by over $ 7! When I questioned the amount, she read the wrong order back to me! Told her that wasn’t even my order, and she then claimed her mngr just told her someone called from my number and cancelled my order. I told her no one did and she still insisted. They give HORRIBLE service and then lie about it! Needless to say, I’m done with them!!!

Pizza and wings were good. However, the restroom was disgusting. There were toilet seat papers on top of the sink and they had no paper towels. The urinal was urinated all around and it was just nasty.

Omg worst freaking service in the world got here they messed up on my order even though the receipt clearly said what I wanted
MAde me wait another 20 mins for getting the order right and only offered store credit for the one they messed up on instead of comping me for it
I will not be coming here again and don’t want the damn credit

Pathetic service. I asked for delivery to my home which is not even half a mile away, but they wanted 1 hour even though there was no order ahead of us. Then when i picked it up, they gave us a wrong pizza. I called them and they didnt even care, asked me to drive back if i wanted to change it. I reached there in 2 mins, they didnt even remember us or the mix up. I didnt see any customers in the shop that day, made me wonder how they would handle during peak hours.
The pizza was just reheated ones, no options for vegetarians. I ordered from dominos next time and found it cheaper but better service, menu options, delivery and fresh taste.

Could not order online and pay by credit card! The girl said this is a policy. Nope! I have ordered before and was able to pay by credit card in previous times. She insisted that I have to bring the card to her so she can get an «imprint».
Called her competitor and had no issues. She apparently did not want my business.

maybe it was just because I was really hungry but god damn the pizza I ordered tasted amazing as well as the cinnamon sticks.
I actually had a friend that ordered for me so I couldn’t show them the card that was purchased with it but the lady was cool so I gave her a bad ass tip
Took awhile to get here but I am happy!

The stars are for the pizza tasting good. However, I am not too sure why one of our two pizzas looked like there was a slice missing. All of the slices were spread out with more room in between them, and then we pushed them more together. AND, of course as a result there was room for 1 more slice to fit. After this incident, I’m not too sure I want to order from this Pizza Hut again.

Surprising update: Called to see if they actually added the credit. Of course not :) lol

Yikes! They sure don’t know a thing about listening. Food was good though. Wont mind driving a bit father next time.

They always have great promos going on at this location. Drivers are generally friendly too, but they have made mistakes like bringing the wrong type of soda or forgetting peppers and cheese.
I think those little mistakes are worth going to this location though, because they are always friendly and willing to correct it.

I can’t believe the bad reviews! I have been a customer here for about 8 years. Never had an issue. Drivers are always friendly and on time, pizza always yummy. Even when their online is down and I call in an order the service is accommodating and friendly. Occasionally will try another establishment but always return to Pizza Hut.

I order too many times the drivers bring chesse all I need the secret is 5 dollars & over tips u can get fast delivery & friendly service :)

when i ask for cheese, i want cheese and lots of it
i dont want crushed peppers, i just want cheese only
i dont remember asking for peppers either
but u guys give out a handful of peppers and few packets of cheese
i dont want that.
last time i ordered you guys forgot cheese
i was not happy
i tip well over 17% every time
and i dont understand why you would skimp me on the service
when i am always tipping well

Late night munchies… They’re service is alright. Waiting time isn’t too long, it’s bad when you do delivery. I’m not a big fan of their pepperoni pizza but their cheese pizza is too good. They put plenty of toppings when you do carry out. I’ve had a few deliveries but their online tracker is off by 20 minutes.

I’ve ordered from this location a dozen times and No More! I’ll pay double not to have to deal with them again! They can never ever ever ever get my order right!!! it’s a total injustice that their pizza’s cost more then «free» and that Pizza Hut has to pay for their incompetent employees!!!
