Worst service ever! I used to go to this location about once a week to get the three piece meal. A few months ago when I was there I ordered my usual meal and brought it home to find that there were no sides. So I call KFC and spoke with the person who was in charge that day. Managers are never there and you will not be given any information of when they will be in or how to contact them. I told the girl I did not get my sides and she began to argue and insist that I did. I was so angry I went back to KFC gave her my food back and demanded a refund. I told her that I would never go to KFC again and she did not care or offer any apology. I asked to speak with her manager, she could not give me that information. I asked for a corporate address and or phone number and she could not give me that number. So I went home found out the information for myself and I contacted corporate which I have not heard back from. This would not have been a big problem if when I called the employee would have sincerely just said that I am so sorry for your inconvenience and the next time you come in we will take care of it. If my business I would have said next time in we will give you a free meal for your inconvenience. I certainly did not enjoy leaving my house to take back my order. The employees can see when I pull up to their location that I drive a $ 140,000 car. Maybe not necessary to say but I believe it is relevant because I am not looking for or need a free meal. Today I called again and asked for when the manager would be in. Spoke with Erika she said that she does not have that information. This is a horrible KFC and I have not bought anything at any of their locations since.

This is the second time I’ve gotten chicken at this location and it was barely warm both times. The first time I went at 2 pm so I thought tat was why. Even the corn was old. This time I went at 6:25 pm. Same thing. The wedges were actually cold. I’ll drive further next time.

Terrible service. People working the counter are very uninterested in anything. Lots of flies. Will be dipping this location moving forward.

Not sure if I just got lucky tonight, but definitely 5 stars with my experience all around. Most KFC’s I go to have no clue what customer service is. In addition, they nickel and dime you to death. You can order a $ 5 deal, but by the time you’re done, it’s $ 10. Not this location, we got a two piece meal with biscuit, a side, a drink, extra gravy on the side, cookie, 2 Jalapeños(I asked for one, but got two) and pot pie. Total is still under $ 10. What the heck? Why are the other locations come out to be higher but same amount of items. Also, both, the cashier and runner were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come to only this KFC going forward if this is the kind of service experience I am getting. Most importantly, the place was clean, not immaculate, but pretty clean for a KFC. I sure hope my experience wasn’t a fluke. Price: 5⁄5 Customer Service: 5⁄5 Quality: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5

The KFC I go to has good service Also, the workers are very friendly. Every time I come here, they serve me very quickly. One com complaint I have is that the tables are dirty at times.

well at least they have a good staff. the two girls working in the front were very friendly and helpful to everyone they served while I was here(which wasn’t for very long) and to be honest that’s the only reason why they’re getting any stars. if I were basing my stars in the cleanliness there wouldn’t be any at all. this store is disgustingly filthy. SO damn nasty. they have crust everywhere the counters are dirty everything looks so old and worn down. I got to a point where I almost walked out without purchasing anything because of my fear of food poisoning. They have hot cases in front of you sitting there with all the food that is who knows how old just and they just throw it in a bag and hand it over the counter. I attached a photo of my «mashed potatoes» which was horrible! I saved you from having to see pictures of this ridiculous filth inside. I didn’t even eat it because of how disgusting and old it looked. basically I only waited for my food to prove my theory that cleanliness wasn’t the only issue here. also a fun fact there is NO grade posted as far as health inspection goes which to be honest isn’t very surprising because I don’t think they would be in business if they were getting visits from the health department. it’s so sad to see how much these franchise owners ruin these chains for everyone. I would say everyone should hard pass on this location. I came here out of convenience and I ended up wasting my $ 8 and went to buy lunch elsewhere leaving this full KFC bag in the trash can outside. save your money go elsewhere. the kernel would be very disappointed.

I’m giving this 4 stars based on the fast food restaurant scale. I was surprised to see the low rating for this store. I’ve been in there a few dozen times in the last 15+ years(5 minute drive away) and it’s always clean with good service and, for what it is, good food that is moist and tasty… original recipe only kind of guy. I’ve never used a coupon so can’t speak to Shinobu K’s problems with that. Once in a while, you get a smaller than other times piece of chicken, but that’s not the store’s fault… they give ya what they’ve got. If the chicken once in a great while is dried out, well, that usually happens during the middle afternoon. Hey Analia C., there are NO drive through restaurants in Placentia other than Q Torta downtown. It’s a city ordnance and not something to blame the fast food restaurants for. smh

I like the fact you can get baked beans at this location however I would like more beans and less juice! I ordered a 1 piece breast meal, sounds simple but good thing I checked they spilled the bean juice all over my food. Showed the clerk and he apologized and made me a new meal. My bad when I got home it was now a thigh not a breast!!! They should teach Kfc workers how to choose the correct piece of chicken. Breast or thigh? Doh! I really do not like to pay for a breast and get a cheap thigh! :(.

This location is only 5 minute away(driving) from my house, naturally it’s my first choice if I wanted KFC. I saw that it has gotten a lot of bad reviews, nevertheless, this is what I have to say… 1. the service is always fine to me for a franchised store, and believe me, I’m very critical of services in general. 2 however, if you brought in a coupon, many times I felt they would give you less desirable pieces(smaller/over cooked/older and dried), this happened to me MANYMANYMANY times. So bad that I had gone to the Yorba Linda stores further away if I ever had a coupon. 3. the KFC chicken pot pie is awesome, but call ahead as they don’t always have it ready to go. I’m not a fan of franchised stores, but I do think this place deserves a better rating than what’s posted. Ironically, I’m the one that always think Unilocalers over rate most places.

This location is terrible. I would gladly drive to either of the other to local locations to get decent service. I will admit one time I did go in pretty late and I can understand the food isn’t that fresh and you want to go home sure but to be just plain rude is out of control. Then I gave them a second chance and it was the middle of the day and still the service was terrible. But at least that time the food was good. Sorry I take long looking at the menu board but I’m never doing that at the counter, so please don’t roll your eyes and huff and puff all loud. Honestly this location has fine down hill since the remodle and that was like almost ten years ago. How do businesses stay in business inspite of themselves? The world may never know

Dang … still finger lickin good, when I’m desperately craving for fried chicken, and when I need it NOW, and there was no time to check on Unilocal for other options. I stuck to the«original recipe» and it’s still original IMO. Contrary to some bad service reviews in this location, I actually thought they did a decent job. The staff did mess up on a side order, but they corrected the order and we got to keep the extra fries — fair enough. Maybe we came on really good night for the staff.

This KFC location is a joke. They gave me shredded dark meat from the bone pieces into my «Famous bowl». Twice. Instead of letting the customer know they have ran out of they’re «popcorn chicken», they made me some gross excuse for food. I scraped the mashed potatoes from the bottom of the bowl for Dinner. I saved the bowl, and I am going back in the morning to show my complaint to the Manager. Then I’m not coming back.

I have learned to understand broken English living in Southern California, but there is usually one or two employees who can help out if the counter staff is really struggling. Not here, not this time or the last time either. I say that as an explanation for what happened tonight, not as criticism on the current state of lower paid employees not having learned English. Having said that, when in a hurry, still take the time to see what they gave you. Three pieces of white meat, a chicken pie, and chocolate cake. That was what I ordered. Five pieces of dark meat, two apple pies and a chocolate parfait. That was what I found. Okay, someone else’s order? No, I was the only one there. They did not hear it correctly, no, the receipt was correct to my order so they understood it when they put it in. So I go back inside and show them… no one can understand what the receipt says is not what they gave me, they then said they have no cakes… there are ten on display … Oh! They understand what I want, so they take the food back, take it behind the stove and come back… lesson learned, empty the bag on the counter… it is the exact same food that I gave them back. They called a manager on the phone and had me speak to him, he then translates to the staff… I get my food… 48 minutes! And this is fast food how? Pass on this.

Sucks to be a fast food chain and get review by me. Fast food locations always start with a negative and has to work its way up. Well first KFC chicken is just not good, I think its been a VERY long time since somebody tells me that«Lets go get some KFC, their chicken is good.» I would much prefer go to Pop Eyes, I think their chicken is much better. I respect that the KFC is trying to go the Grill chicken better for health deal, but it just didn’t work out. Anyway review on this location alone, it is pretty small, and the restroom is somewhat clean. Nothing stands out = 3 star, being a weak fast-food chain –1 really want to give another –1 for the weak Fried chicken… but I am too nice to give a 1star review.

Sometimes I try to order things and it just doesn’t work out the way I want it to. And I get real frustrated. It’s like, I try to make it simple. And i speak clearly. But it just doesn’t work out the way I want it to. And everything I say and everything i try. It never turns out. I was in my room. And I was just staring at the wall thinking about dinner. But then again maybe I wasn’t. Then I remembered I had a flyer from KFC. A 2pc Grilled Meal for $ 3.99 plus there was a coupon for a free drumstick. Thought I’d see what the fuss was all about. So I walked to my nearest KFC. Sign outside said they are giving rain checks for the free meal coupon. I had no free meal coupon. No problem. Right. Wrong. I ordered the advertised meal and busted out the coupon for the free drumstick. Then the lady said in broken English«No, can give you $ 2 off 2pc Fried Meal price. *Mumble* drink.» Wait, that’ll be $ 4.99 then? What about my free drumstick? «No $ 2 off.» All I wanted is the advertised price and a free drumstick! And she wouldn’t give it to me! All I wanted was the ad price and a drumstick! Just one drumstick! And she wouldn’t give it to me! Just a drumstick! Fine whatever! Just give me some chicken. We’ll forget the apple pie I wanted, too! Where’s the drink? Huh? What we have here is a failure to communicate. So, I paid a dollar more for less food. Forget it. I didn’t come here for a confrontation. Just some damn chicken or is it sheeken? Corporate just got an e-mail from me. …Doesn’t matter, I like El Pollo Loco anyway.
