Got served by the rudest person ever. I asked if I can try their new walnut shrimp. She replied, «We dont give samples.» I asked if they sell a small pint for one item, she didn’t reply. I had to look all over the menu to check. I asked if I can do half of one item and half of another. She said no. Everything was a no. If the price is the same, why does it matter? Just because its an entrée and not a side? I will never come back!

I’m not going to lie, I’m very picky when it comes down to my Chinese food lol but this place is just great :) I like the mushroom chicken and also the hot and spicy chicken. You must try it for yourself. I personally recommend it. The wonton soup was ok, then again I’m not a fan of soups lol but it filled me up.

This is my go to place for Chinese food! The food is so good, rich, and flavorful! And the customer service is honest and super sweet. I really love the owner of the place, you’ll see her there most of the time. You gotta try it out! You’ll leave the place super satisfied. Been going to this place for years and tried other places, being Asian myself. This is my favorite place for Chinese cuisine. If you give it a try and like it, or already go there, ask the owner about the petition she has to secure parking for her customers. I just noticed that they had that issue, and she gave me the petition to sign. They deserve it! Enjoy!

The ladies are very nice and friendly, the food was so so the rice tasted burnt like if it was cooked on an old burnt pan the glazed shrimp is ok not the best, the chow mein is good tho

It’s hard to find a good cheap Chinese restaurant. The Wok has been great for several years now. Quality is good and quantity can differ depending who you get. It’s a definite go to place.

Haven’t been here in awhile but things sure have changed. Flavor is still good but I ordered orange chicken — mostly batter not much chicken, tofu and eggplant, got all veggies, 1 tofu and 2 eggplant pieces, and white rice. .the combo didn’t even fill the to go container. Disappointed. …

First time and last time customer. Staff was rude and scowled at me the entire time I ordered. Food wasn’t very good at all. It looks and tastes old. They don’t even include fortune cookies here. Worst Chinese place I’ve been to.

Disappointed they don’t give you fortune cookies, they cost extra. What kind of Chinese food eatery doesn’t give free fortune cookies with their meal? SMH

I am sorry but this place is disgusting. Today I bought the 3 items entrée all chicken. Yes, much cheaper than Panda Express but not worth it after eating it. The rice from the fried rice smelled like it was precooked a few days before because it smelled old almost to a point that it smelled fouled. The Japanese Chicken was hard and that is a sign that the chicken was precooked then frozen and recooked again. All the items are so heavily sauced that you cannot tell whether it is good or not. And for goodness sake why all the items are heavily salted!!! Can’t even enjoy the flavor. The Wok Experience definitely not a mom and pop shop… it is a chain restaurant and there are several out there. I will never come back. Very poor quality.

Very poor service. Gross they put soy sauce in syricha containers. Not so clean and service extremely rude. This was definitely not a good experience so sad

We joke that its an experience alright. If you Stick with the fried foods and rice you should avoid the experience we joke about.

The chicken was old and tasted like it had gone bad a week ago. They recycle their food, better off going to Panda Express, where they atleast change out their food everyday.

Man they really pack on the food here. Ordered a 2 item and couldn’t even finish half of it. Great choices and I like it a lot better than Panda Express. Only downside was my barbecue chicken was lukewarm. Other then that I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was excited to try this place out since I drive by it almost every day on my way to school. I finally got around to trying it and I am not impressed whatsoever. The taste of the food seems like it’s been sitting out for a long time(chow mein/orange chicken). I even waited 5 minutes for the glazed shrimp to be finished cooking and even that was not up to par compared to other Chinese fast food places I’ve been to.

I used to eat here a few times a month because it was cheap Chinese food and it tasted ok. The customer service was always bad but I can deal with rudeness if the food/price is decent. Last time I visited, the egg soup was barely warm and had a BAD taste. When I told the cashier, she said it was MY fault because I added crispy noodles to it! When I asked for a refund, she refused and said that I could order something else. Since the rest of my family was enjoying their food, I didn’t want to make a big stink about it so I ordered some egg rolls which were a little bit more than the soup and she made me pay the difference. I have not visited that place ever since and I don’t plan to ever go back.

I happen to like the food there. But they are kinda rude and just too paranoid about plates, forks and napkins. I mean come on, sometimes 6 people can use an extra plate(or a container) or two to keep the rice that they are gonna share. Had to almost fight the lady to get 6 plates for 6 people, she wanted me to provide an exact count, kept giving and taking plates away… was a massive rude circus at that point. Their forks are probably the cheapest, flimsiest forks that make eating at the place an unpleasant experience.

I’m always looking for these small family owned businesses, gladly, I found this one. For starters, the portion size is immaculate. Its a fast food Chinese restaurant, you order walking through a line similar to a cafeteria. I ordered the two item combo with the chow mein. Broccoli beef, which could use some work and teriyaki chicken which was cooked perfectly. I asked for the teriyaki on the side so I can taste the quality of the chicken first. It had a nice smoky flavor to it as if they fired it over a grill, I didn’t expect this from a cheap eats place like this. The broccoli beef like i said needs work, it didn’t have that glazed taste and look to it. Broccoli beef typically gets soggy because of the marinade it sits in, if its done right, the texture remains tactful and has a nice look to it. Especially for the price I can’t deny, it was under $ 7 for the quantity of food, it was overflowing from the container. I love to eat and I love to eat a lot, so this was particularly a bonus.

Never going there again. Ordered my food like any other day only to see the lady at the front register cutting her nails next to the cash register. Fucking disgusting especially since I’ve been going there since they’ve opened.

Picking a place to eat for my boyfriend and I is the biggest struggle we have in our relationship. This is not an exaggeration. I am probably the most indecisive person in the world and he is so damn mellow that we can never come up with a place to go to. So on Friday night we left my parent’s house, my bf got on YL Blvd and proclaimed, «I am going to drive down this street until you PICKSOMEWHERETOEAT.» he then proceeded to drive. We passed countless places, but of course, nothing sounded good. He pulled over in a shopping center to yell at me to hurry up and decide, when I saw the the lights for Wok Express and immediately decided to eat here. I know it’s just Chinese take out, but it’s damn good take out. I got the 2 item with sesame chicken, orange chicken and chow mein and loved it. I absolutely hate Panda Express because it’s so salty and I always feel sick after eating it, so I loved that this didn’t happen after eating here. And the chow mein actually has taste??! What! AMAZING! Oh and the prices are ridiculously cheap. $ 5.60 for a two item combo that could easily feed me for two meals? Hell yeah, I’m down.
