Sugar Blast Events

I’m not much of a decorator and don’t have the time with 4 young kids! My daughter wanted an Ever After High themed party. Rima did a beautiful job executing everything! She is very talented! Made a boring party room into something beautiful! Her attention to details is very well executed through her work. I told her the theme and she was able to do everything. I love that she can work with your budget. I definitely recommend her for parties and I will most definitely use her again!

Planning an event was never my forte however planning for our baby shower was a breeze with the help of Sugar Blast. The owner, Rima, was absolutely fabulous. Not only she’s super organized and meticulous about little details but she also has such a great taste! You could definitely tell that she truly loves what she does! She helped us from narrowing down to a theme, picking out color palette, setting up all the props, she even prepared a few fun (non-​cheesy) games to entertain our guests!
We simply shared the direction that I tend to like (neutral, organic, quaint, nothing frou-​frou, and especially no on the offensive pink). We also wanted to reuse some of the props from our wedding for the baby shower. Rima was able to seamlessly incorporate them into the rustic burlap and lace baby shower décor! Every little detail was beautifully presented, from the lovely dessert table, adorable papier rosettes, elegant center piece for the dining table, charming rosette chandeliers, precious baby wreath, and last but not least, the really chic chevron backdrop, which I was totally in love with! Everything was just as I had imagined if not better!

I’m one of those people that just love the little details in life… crafting, hosting, creating cute DIY decorations around the house, and such projects are some of the things I enjoy doing. So when it comes to my 30^th birthday party, my husband and friends needed to find a way to surprise the birthday girl (me!) and make this milestone birthday an affair to remember.
Enter Sugar Blast Events to the rescue… Rima listened to the ideas of what my husband and friends wanted to do for the party, and basically took care of everything else, turning ideas into plans, plans into reality. They came up with 80’s theme since I was born in the 80s. All the DIY decorations Rima made were so cute and totally 80s, complete with neon colors and sparkles. She really thought of every pretty little details… food/​drink/​dessert labels, photobooth props, the color of the tablecloth, utensils, the dessert selections, the diy vintage boom box /​food stand, the cake topper… you name it, she took care of it. She even provided thank you postcards for me to mail out to the guests after the party!
The surprise party ended up to be such a hit. Everybody had a blast, and it was definitely a surprise birthday that I will treasure forever. For once, I did not need to do anything but to relax and enjoy the beautiful party planned by Sugar Blast Events. :) Since then, I have attended a few more parties by Sugar Blast Events, and they are all awesome.

Sugar Blast Events was the event planner for my son’s 2^nd Mustache birthday bash last November.
Rima, the owner, is a hands-​on event planner, who has high attention to detail and wonderful ideas of how to make a party fun and cute.
At the time, she was planning our dessert table. She managed to create labels for chocolate bars with such cuteness and details even the elderly guests were amazed. She also used bottle jars filled with milk topped with cookies and even added stick wafers as the straws. How creative is that! All the pastry desserts even have mustache-​theme label sticks on each of them.
There were colorful drinks to match the theme colors of the party, as well as lemon iced tea, making the whole dessert table super adorable. Our guests were ooohhh’d and ahhhh’d and were almost afraid to touch due to the cuteness.
We can’t thank Sugar Blast Events enough for such a great work. My son’s 2^nd birthday party was definitely a success, one of the reasons is for having such a cute and pretty dessert table.
We will definitely use this event planner again for any future events. Why go to another one when there is a proven one here?
