Taco Bell

I have to be honest. This is probably my least favorite Taco Bell in the world. It is your run of the mill Taco Bell however what makes my review so poor is the service. I have come here enough times over the years to finally give them an accurate review. The service at the drive through is always extremely slow… odd considering its fast food right. It is a very rare occasion that my order is completely correct and the one thing that truly makes me crazy is that I often I am not given any napkins with my drive thru order. So frustrating.

4 stars to the guy who works late shift drive thru. The only employee I’ve encountered there who gets the order right, has a great attitude and a smile on his face

Disgusting place. Only go if last resort. Very unclean. Slacking workers. Even when there is no customer. Food was disgusting too. I’ve been to better Taco Bells.

I hate this Taco Bell. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the one off Placentia and YLB… they rock. Anyway, I normally deal with the rude staff that I encounter here, but today was the last straw. I went through the drive through. There was literally no one else in line and when I pulled up to the window, only one person inside the store, too. This is important later. Anyway, the manager, as I later saw, was taking my order. He rushed me to the window without giving me a total for my order (I hate that) and he didn’t input my whole order onto the screen. I tried waiting for confirmation but he said to pull forward. Ok… so I pull forward and not only does my order take a long time, but I get home and yep-​I had freaking onions in my burritos. Screw you, manager. Why did you rush me and mess up my order, instead of taking the time to do it right and treat me like a valued customer? There is no reason for it. I believe his name was «Heaven» (not joking) based upon my receipt. Oh, also, my soda was flat. Gross, what a waste of money.

So my girlfriend and I live around the area and this Taco Bell has been our go to place. At 10:15pm we cruised through the drive thru and ordered a #3 (which is the 3 taco supreme meal). But on the screen it shows #6 combo (which is the 2 chalupa meal). So we said «the combo we just ordered is a #3″. She went on asking „did you not want the supreme?“ We said „yes, but you have it as the chalupa meal“ Then she said,“what?» After that I spoke a little clearer and said, «I was saying I ordered a #3 not 6.» Then she said, «sooooooory!» (In the «daaaaaamn​.my bad» tone of voice with an attitude. How horrible is that? My girlfriend was so disappointed at this girl’s customer service. The girl’s name working the drive thru is Annabel A. so it says on the receipt. Annabel’s attitude is clearly unacceptable. We got our food and went home. But we ended up not eating it because we were both bothered by what just happened.

So many places to eat and I choose the one that employees will not even turn their backs and tell me to wait a second. Patience, patience… Okay, that’s enough. After two minutes of exploring the menu, although, I already knew what I was ordering, I left. Not going back either.

I live directly across from this location. And I won’t go here! There is one that is a little further away in Fullerton that I would rather go to simply because they ask me how many hot sauces I would like. Their costumer service is great! This location… not so much. I usually order a lot of food because I’m feeding a family and they’ll give me 4 hot sauces! Really?! So I will literally go out of my way to not go to this location.

I usually go to this location since it’s down the street but I will no longer visit this location. The last two times I have gone through the drive thru my order has been wrong and missing items. Not sure where the disconnect is it’s not a complicated order. My advice check your food before leaving.

Not sure if it’s the location or just the way they make this, but I ordered a biscuit taco with bacon, egg and cheese and I got a biscuit with tons of raw, cold, soggy bacon, too much cheese and hardly any egg. I guess I’ll never know because it will be the last time I order breakfast from any taco bell.

Went through the drive-​thru around 9:45pm. My friend handed the guy at the window a $ 20 bill. A few moments later the employee said she only gave him $ 10. She assured him she gave $ 20. He checks around the register and comes back now saying she only gave him a $ 5 bill and some change. At this point I chime in and say my friend gave $ 20.
The manager then starts to «scold» the employee by saying he will now start having to do extra work for his lack of math skills.
They finally gave her all of her appropriate change and food.
I’ve never had a drive-​thru try to steal money from me or a friend before. The fake «scolding» from the manager makes me think everyone was in on it. I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since it opened and will now never return again. Such shady business.

Taco supremes were half full, the 3 – 4 pieces of tomatoes were almost white. The manager dusted the tabletops crumbs onto the floor and left the unopened hot sauce packet that swiped to floor there for a guy to squish on floor. Lol. I’m not coming back and I used to eat here often. Air conditioning kicked on, nice, when I was leaving.

I got a breakfast crunchwrap combo and it was almost cold in the middle. The cinnamon thingies it comes with were so drenched in oil that I couldn’t eat them. Like, one-​bite-​and-​mouth-​is-​full-​of-​more-​oil-​than-​actual-​cinnamon-​thingy gross. The girl at the window was friendly, so I hereby dedicate these two stars to her.

I really like this taco bell because its just minutes away from my house. So its walking distance. They always have my favorite food ready in like 2 minutes. Which is great considering i come here waaaay too often.aha.

This location still has a Pizza Hut, but I have had to wait over 10 minutes for what I ordered more than 60% of the time .

Staff is friendly but almost every time I order (4 times out of the last 5) they give me the wrong burrito which is really frustrating as a vegetarian. Its always right on my receipt but the kitchen makes the wrong thing. Maybe they dont know the menu. Once is an accident. The same mistake multiple times is someone not knowing what to make. Getting really tired of this. Next time it happens I’m demanding a full refund and taking my business else where.

This Taco Bell is great there is nothing wrong with it at all. The food tastes great and the service is fast. Plus the people there are nice to. This Taco Bell definitely earned 5 stars

Middling fare here: Even what passes for pico de gallo is bland and stale. In a hurry? Don’t consider the drive-​through option, since I waited five minutes for one burrito supreme — and only one other person was ahead of me in line.
The verdict? Only if you’re desperate for something borderline edible.

Clean, friendly staff, not super attentive, but it’s taco bell. The food was the same as every other Taco Bell.
I’ll be back.

Stopped in about 8pm on a Sunday night to get a quick personal pizza and breadstickes. The breadsticks were awful — dry, hard, tasteless. The pizza was not fresh. I was in a hurry to get home so I ate and left without talking to them. It’s not like I was there for anything more than a quick snack. I doubt I’ll be back.

This is the 2^nd taco bell that can’t get my order correct. I want to add sour cream on my Mexican Pizza. Please don’t charge me $.30 and NOT put sour cream on my Mexican Pizza.
