Worst place! I came I at 130 am in the morning to get gas. Bought a cigarette and paid for $ 40 of gas after waiting 30 minutes. Went back to the pump and nothing. The guy disappeared. His name was sonil or sonal. Stole my $ 40 for my gas. Worst place ever. Jacking someone and just not answering any calls or door bell. What is this place? This is going on Better Business Bureau. Worst. The guy can’t even acknowledge that he screwed up. What’s it worth to customers. Worthless place. Don’t go here and waste your time. Management needs to do something about this guy. What kind of people do you hire? Can’t even service three people that are standing outside for more than 30 minutes

First of all I have passed this Valero a couple times. I was shocked to find a Valero in California. Living in Texas it was common but not in California when I left. I have seen a couple of Valeros around. I love how they don’t charge you an additional .10 to .25 per gallon to buy gas with your credit card. Their gas is pretty good. And this place looked well kept up It also had a corner store. Like most gas stations. It has some drinks, beer, snacks and cigarettes. Not a fan of the last one but you get my point on the stuff they carry. The man working was very hospitable. Very friendly. I would have given it a 5 star but it could be bigger. So I give it 4.35. And diesel is cheaper here than the other 3 gas stations around. Glad I found this place. This place will be my new gas station near me.

It’s not fancy schmancy petrol. But it will do the job. Might not be the best quality or grade. But it’s affordable. It’s decent. It’s easily accessible on the corner of Orangethorpe & Placentia. This station is small. If your vehicle requires more fuel and you’re not too snooty for Valero Energy Corporation gas, you could stop here. The 57 fwy is down the way and there is a Jack-In-Box across the street. It’s in a mainly industrial area. Close to home and close to work. I’m comfortable putting their gas in my tank, no second thoughts about it.

Its odd I usually fill up at a local Shell station but noticed my mileage was slipping so I stopped by this Valero. Not only is it more cost effective then Shell its a easy station to fill and get out off. I was on a trip to San Diego and filled up the Camry. On the way back I took the longer route by returning on Highway 15 to avoid the traffic on Highway 5 and Highway 57. The amazing thing I noticed was a jump in mileage the car was giving 38.5 miles per gallon. Well maybe I got some magic in this fill-up, i will have to go back and try again.

It’s definitely cheaper than the Chevron on the other side of the freeway. It doesn’t have much in the way of supplies in its on the go supplies. It is competitive, but not the cheapest around, if you have cash or debit. However, only got credit cards? This is one of your best local stations.

One of the rare Valero stations still in business! Offers very competitive prices on gas! 20 cents per gallon cheaper versus the major retailers! And no additional charge for using a credit card!

This has been my go to station in placentia as they take credit cards and have traditionally been $.01 or no difference to the local Arco stations. They also have diesel without being under an awning so no roof issues. And as a helpful hint, if you rent a UHaul down the street you can get either a quick early fill up or top it off to the right level upon return. The mini mart is a standard self service deal. The location is a block from the 57 and near the 91 as well so it is extremely accessible and handy regardless of which direction you are going. Just be warned that there air machine doesnt work half the time.
