Thank you Sariya for helping me out last week at the AT&T Placerville store on Missouri Flat Rd. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while, and I had stopped at 3 different places which carried AT&T phones — all said they couldn’t help me. I’m just talking about a basic go phone that doesn’t do much more than makes calls. I just wanted a phone that could take pics, text, connect to the web. Sariya stopped what she was doing, greeted me and asked what she could do to help. I explained the story to her and she was a little surprised why the other stores could not have helped. Sariya showed me which phones I could buy to replace my old one. Sariya was very knowledgeable and answered each and every question I had. I picked out the phone I wanted and Sariya was off to retrieve it. Unfortunately that phone was out of stock. She said that if I could give her an hour she would check to see if there were any of those phones on an order that had come in but wasn’t finished being put into stock. I stopped back by in an hour and all was well; it was in the order that was being stocked. Sariya retrieved one of the new phones and switched it over, moving my phones numbers from my old phone to the smartcard and then from my old smartcard to my new phone. All of this great customer service for a $ 14.99 phone. Thank you SARIYA for all your help. When I need more assistance with AT&T I will come look you up. Thanks again.

I have mixed feelings about this location. It truly depends on who helps you what kind of service you’ll receive. I was in to exchange my phone and purchase an iPad; the female«helping» me was so busy setting up her iPad she didn’t have time for me. I reached out to a friendly face, and at last was given all the information I needed to make a decision. The downside is, I have to wait a week for the iPad, I am irked with AT&T for this, not the store. I hope I have your names right, thank you, Josh, Cody, and Christian

The sales people at this location act like they know everything, but don’t know anything. The first issue I had was with my micro cell that they insisted was my internet company. AT&T’s tech support had to call the store and tell them to replace my micro-cell. The last(and final) issue I had was when I changed my service to their family plan(which lowered my bill) and added another line and iPad. I was told with the lower cost of the family plan my bill would be the same as what I was paying with adding one more line and an iPad. I was also told my bill would be $ 20.00 less when my line came off of contract. All of this was wrong. I have been paying $ 30.00 a month more ever since. My phone is now off of contract and my bill still did not lower. So now I am paying $ 50.00 a month more than what I was told it would cost, and I’m stuck in a contract with an additional line and iPad. I have had AT&T for my cell phone service since 1991, which gets me absolutely nothing. They do not give a shit what the store told me, my bill is correct for what I have.

If you want to buy something, the«service» reps can work the register, BUT, if you have any problem they tell you to call customer service. They have no answers and their attitude says«go away» and the«greater»(Tom) told me to actually try another carrier when I pressed him for an answer. I think I’ll try Verison

Gotta say, jamal deserves a raise or praise for his great customer service and laid back attitude. He has been very helpful every time I’ve gone into the store, and has helped me without any problems even though at&t said I would need a manager to help me! It’s clear that this store is there to sell product, & not to provide after sale service. Yet, they are good at what they do. I have never been disappointed with their knowledge or expertise in guiding me through the process.

This is the worried AT&T store that I have had to deal with in along time. If you aren’t there to buy something but need information they don’t even want to talk to you. Very bad customer service. I have bought two iPhones and an iPad in the pass from them, but if you have a problem after your purchases, forget getting any help. I will never return to this store.
