Casa Ramos is my favorite Mexican Food restaurant in the area! Their taquitos are amazing and I order them every time. Great customer service too — friendly, patient, and fast working. If you drink, try their margaritas!

If you’re looking for delicious, authentic tasting Mexican food then Casa Ramos is your spot. I’ve been coming to this spot for years and despite other reviews I find the consistency to be spot on from what it was years ago. I love the tasty food, homey feel, and delicious margaritas. I would highly recommend to friends and family. P. S. The queso they have here is AMAZING! Order it as an appetizer and take your taste buds for a ride.

Came here for dinner last night and I LOVE this place!!! They are very friendly from when you walk through the door to when you pay the bill. Their chips and salsa are delicious, and the food is amazing. Nice sized portions and not very expensive. Our server didn’t even seem to get held up once even though the place was packed. It was a little hard to find parking but definitely well worth the wait! (They also have a pretty sweet bar :)

We decided to order take out on New Years Eve. We knew the restaurant would be busy, so I called in the order and was told it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the restaurant the girls at front counter couldn’t find my order — it took them over 15 minutes of looking, in between sitting guests. I mentioned a guy had taken my order and they said they would check. Well my order was never entered into the system, so my 15 – 20 minute wait was going to be another 45 minutes or so. Total wait was almost an hour, 15 minutes. The girl at front desk kept apologizing, but she didn’t have any authority to offer a discount or complimentary apps or even a drink while I waited. Manager never came out to apologize — bad customer service. Food was ok — tacos were soggy and several mistakes with the order. We have always like Casa Ramos, but with so many other Mexican food restaurants in the area we won’t be going back, or least not calling in an order.

My husband and I used to live near this restaurant and it was our favorite place to eat. Now, I’m not sure what time has done to this place but I’m sad to say it has gone down hill. The food had way more cheese than anything else and was very bland and the refried beans tasted like they were fresh out of a can! Totally not kidding! The customer service was very poor as well, we said thank you about a dozen times with no response what so ever. I gave this place 2 stars only because it «used» to be so good and I know it had potential once upon a time! Very sad indeed!

I went here with a friend for lunch last Thursday. We sat a the bar and were the only ones in the bar. The man working behind the bar was INCREDIBLY rude to us. He ignored us for so long that I began to wonder if he was deaf. Finally we ordered lunch. I had a tamale which was OK. My friend ordered a hamburger and asked for avocado on the sandwich. The server said he could only get avocado in a side dish. My friend repeated that he wanted it inside the sandwich. The server kept arguing and finally grumbled«OK». When he brought the burger out the avocado was on a side dish. The server said the cook refused to put it in the burger. I have never known a restaurant to be so unaccommodating. My friend returned the burger taking it to the hostess out front. I will never go to this place again because of the humiliating way we were treated. Wish I could give it a rating of ZERO.

Very poor taste, food is very«Americanized». Also very over priced for what you get.

Excellent service — REALLY good people working here, but«Mexican» food for the gringo. Priced rather high for what you get. Beans and rice accounted for ¾ of my plate. The skimpy entrée was covered in what appeared to be AMERICAN cheese. I don’t mind paying a higher price, but it’s got to be worth it. At least this was a sit down restaurant with ample space where a family can have a conversation without feeling crowded or rushed.

I Usually never complain but today I Found a long black hair in my food, didn’t even get through half my plate & owner wouldn’t take care of it because she said no cooks have long hair… Well neither do I. So disappointed i will NOT return…

We stopped by here for a late lunch when visiting Eldorado. The service was great, drinks better, and the food was amazing. I had a burrito and my partner had a combo with enchiladas. The meat was flavourful and tender. The spice we requested was done right. Even the chips and salsa was nice and fresh! Everything was so bright. The margaritas we had were worth the 9 dollars! I would highly recommend it to anyone. If we lived close we would frequent it!

I love this place, good food, nice staff, decent pricing and open when I’m hungry. I do find the building a bit chilly so I bring a sweatshirt. My favorite is the fajitas sampler with carnitas, chicken and steak.

Its always fun to sit and wait for your drink to get refilled unless you ate at a mexican restaurant where they speaka no english and fill your sprite cup with water… i told the waiter but he just walked away anyway. I spoke with the manager who finally got me a sprite 20 minutes later and then shortly after the waiter said he was sorry… i wish he was sorry enough to bring me a drink after his mistake, but this is what happens when you are a white person in a mexican restaurant. They pretend they dont speak english when they make a mistake. So dont go here the food is crap the service is junk and the place is a mess.

Move on! No flavor to the food. We didn’t eat ½ our plates & they didn’t even ask why we didn’t eat!

Been here a few times now and had great service. The food portions are great and each dish has been made with quality FRESH ingredients. You’ll never leave here hungry. They have almost every Mexican dish, minus chilaquiles. Boo. Ok I’m over it now. But either way there is something for everyone. They do offer a few American fare foods. This time I tried their Mexican pizza($ 9.28) and added chicken(additional($ 1.29). It was big and very good. I’d get it again. Casa Ramos is a very clean restaurant with colorful ambiance with friendly service and a great place for lunch or dinner. No personal checks accepted. Cash, ATM& credit only.

Best margaritas in town! Ask for Stacy’s special fishbowl matgarita and you won’t be let down! Its like an epiphany in a glass. Except less thinking. And easier to get. Stacy really makes a hell of a great bartender!

The wait staff was excellent. The food has great flavor and the servings are huge, more than enough. But, more importantly, the restaurant went out of the way to make my aunts birthday very special. They came out to her and sang to her happy birthday, gave her some flan and a beautiful birthday card with her photo. I’m very impressed!

Friendly and accommodating service from hostess to server to everyone in between(drink lady, other drink lady, busser who asked if I was ok when food went down the wrong pipe). Food had some pros and cons. First off, chips and salsa was yummy. Chips were hot and fresh and salsa had a good kick to it. My carne asada burritos were $ 15 and change and came in a huge platter. The steak was really tasty but everything else was dry and under seasoned. I don’t like beans but they were not bad. I think they cooked it with pork. The kid’s pollo fundido was decent on the inside but the American cheese on top was off putting to me. BD had the carne asada tacos and he said he was pretty happy with his meal. The sopapilla was delicious in a cheap County fair bad for you kinda way. It’s fried dough(with a good texture) smothered in sugar, cinnamon, honey, chocolate and strawberry sauce with ice cream and Reddi whipped cream. My Diablo margarita was not that good. It had this weird fake cheap taste to it and I didn’t taste any alcohol. The spicy sauce they put on top was disgusting. BD’s top shelf margarita was too sweet but very strong. At the end of the day, large portions of okay food with great service. Id come back for the carne asada but not in a burrito.

Yup, in love. Their street tacos are so delicious! They have great beers on tap, phenomenal FLOUR tortilla chips, and really efficient servers. I would absolutely recommend and if you go you have to get an order of the flour chips(they are FREE) :)
