Fantastic food! Fantastic service! Don’t listen to the old people who hate piercings and dyed hair. Don’t listen to the flatlanders who demand the world this is an amazing location with an amazing family of workers.

Best chipotle, hands down!!! Always clean, customer service is outstanding, food is fresh and yummy!!! I love seeing all of the tattoos and piercings, it’s awesome that the employees get to be themselves without being judged by owners and management! !!!

Yeah, it’s strange. Mediocre teenagers with attitude ruin the experience and the serving sizes. Other than that, it’s good ol’ Chipotle as usual. Just keep the advice in mind.

I have eaten only once before at a Chipotle’s in La Canada (So Cal) and enjoyed it. This time my spouse and I tried the one in Placerville right after coming home from a vacay. We walked in on a Thurs night, and it was mid level busy, tho most customers were eating not ordering. The server with piercings and tats was really friendly and helpful as we asked him about what was in the offerings and how they were prepped. The food was more than ample, and the taste was really good. I had a bowl with the new seasoned tofu and my spouse had a burrito with pork. I think that if you want to lighten up the caloric count, try the bowls and decrease the rice serving by half. Well worth the money and we ate it at home, where it was more comfy, but the food did stay hot.

Very fast service and clean restaurant. Came there when it was busy and got through there pretty fast. The salad they gave me was huge and they are very generous with the guacamole.

so im lost most chipotles give lots of rice and little meat but not here lots of meat and nothing else haha, but unfortunately the rest of the place is completely ignored. the tables in the entire place including outside are dirty, now this would not be so bad if they would supply us with wash clothes cause clearly they are too busy texting and talking … I mean working to clean it took 10 minutes to get our food by the 4 people behind the counter … and during the hour we were sitting of course this is after I had to clean my table and seat before I could eat I had to find a fork because too busy to refill forks … they finally got forks out here so during this hour and ten minute visit only 2 people came out from the counter only to use the restroom. one guy assuming the manager with his large guage earings and poorly dressed skinny jeans real professional if you ask me … he ignores it all then a young lady who found a nut from a bolt on the floor she looked real hard to find the other end just amazing focus on that she never even seen all the food everywhere. so yea wow the portion is great but the cleanliness is terrible so be sure to get your food to go or bring your own wash bucket

I’ve never had such a pleasurable experience at a chipotle before. I’ve actually stayed clear of this place for many years due to the stuck up attitudes I’ve received from these places before. Heaven forbid you had a question about anything, you’d get a rolled eye with their response. Because of the service I received today I’m definitely going back. What friendly people. I left with great quality food and decent portion sizes. The two people at the end were excellent I wish I caught their names. The girl at the register with the septum pricing left a lasting impression so did her male co worker. I hope to get the same experience next time I go in.

Food is ok but try to sit on one of their CHEAP CHAIRS, if your over 150 lbs you stand a great chance of a chair folding under your weight, these chairs seem to be the standard for all Chipotle grills. The owners cater to those skinny folks.

This Chipotle is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. Their food quality is of the highest standards with thee most friendliest staff. I almost eat here everyday because of this. Thankyou Chipotle for making my dinners and lunches awesome. I just Love it everytime you mix the hot and sour-​cream on the side for me. See you tomorrow if not sooner.

Pretty as usual, but that’s good because that means the food is fresh and hot. I did notice that use a lot more herbs in their salsa. I could really taste the oregano that was either in the mild or corn salsa. not sure which as I got both and they just kinda got all mixed up.

We chose Chipotle Mexican Grill to cater our wedding, and it was INCREDIBLE! We looked around at many other catering businesses for weddings and it was insanely high priced and completely out of our budget. I was talking to my sister and she is the one who suggested Chipotle, she had previously worked there, and said they can do up to 200 people orders. After not being able to find any other catering business that we liked we decided to go for Chipotle, I am so glad we did!!! It was incredibly easy, they had it all packed up to easily be picked up by the ladies helping at my wedding. It was set up buffet style, and my guests raved about the food! It was delicious, everyone loved it! Even though it was our «back up plan» this decision was the best and I will suggest them to anyone who is looking for something affordable to feed a lot of people; and I don’t really know anyone who doesn’t like Chipotle! Thank you Joe and the crew that helped make this delicious meal for us! We will be back!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, never heard of this chain before. When I arrived all employees welcomed me and asked me if I had questions or if I wanted to sample anything. They were quick, friendly and patient since I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted. The food was great! I opted for a salad with their seasoned beef, and it was soo tender! I didn’t even need salad dressing! I will defiantly return!

Chipotle never disappoints! My fiancé and I came here after a long day of errands, and this was the perfect end to a long day! We ordered two burritos and split a quesadilla, the food was, of course, delicious! Throughly enjoyed our meal as well as the service. Thank you Chipotle!

I’d agree the location is small and loud, but I’ve always had good food and friendly service. I order my lunch thru their app, and Jeremy always has me in and out quickly — with more than generous portions!

I used to Love Chipotle, it was our go to place for the I-don’t-feel-like-cooking night each week.
On the way to Tahoe in December we stopped at this Chipotle and grabbed some burritos to go for the trip.
The chicken in my burrito was almost Raw. The taste and texture was sickening and I have not been able to stand the smell of Chipotle since that one bite. Yuck.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food and this location does not disappoint. Great place to stop for a bite on the way to or from Tahoe since there is a Safeway gas in this center.
I see a lot of folks complaining about portion sizes, but this has never been an issue for me (I usually get a salad and the meat is consistent with other Chipotle locations).

i eat here wayyyy too often, if that is even possible. :) i am to the point where some employees know my order when i walk in and get it ready for me.

I might have to agree with the other Unilocalers. This is not my favorite Chipotle. We came here for lunch after a long week in Tahoe and we’re craving a good burrito or taco. Now I know that it is not authentic to say the least, but it tasty.
I ordered a fajita bowl with chicken and veggies. My girlfriend had two chicken tacos. My bowl was just average. The portion size was a bit smaller than others but still had too much to finish it all without feeling stuffed. My girlfriend how ever found some very fatty pieces and ended up only eating one and a few bites of the other
The chips were over salted and the place seemed a bit dirty. They were out of forks and the tea vo container was not clean.
The staff was friendly though… he was quick and attentive.
