Johnathan our server is the best. Loved garlic appetizer, pizzas are big! Good wine list.

Total 180 again with the new owners. I haven’t stepped foot in here in over two years since our last experience. But I got invited to dinner and while I didn’t have to pay, everything from the experience to the pizza was so great! The meat lovers pizza(too lazy to look up the name) was generous on the toppings. Everything was melty when it was supposed to, came out piping hot, and tasted good. The kids pepperoni pizza was also delicious, plenty of pepperoni too. The cheese sticks were meh. Not enough cheese or taste and very doughy like it was on the verge of being Undercooked. There’s a section of games for the kids to play while we waited for food but the wait wasn’t even that long. 5 stars for the service. Everyone was friendly to us, making sure we got everything, asking if we needed anything else, just being attentive and nice, even to our kids who got rowdy to the end, throwing around toys. The employees spoke gently to them and these are mostly teenagers. At the end of the day, I’m impressed. I will be generous and give them 5 stars to even out the poor reviews from the previous owners.

Tasty pizza, very much akin to a Round Table. The location is very convenient if passing through Placerville. The restaurant is large, with a nice play area with games for kids, TVs with sports etc. The pizza itself was quite tasty, prepared quickly, and provided for a positive experience and a quick return to the freeway. I’ll be back!

Oh so yummy dinner salad shared between two people. Amazing Rubicon all meat pizza and a glass of Firestone Walker 805. Game was on, it was a nice experience on our way to Tahoe. Employees super friendly, video games for kids well lit place speaks loud. Place was clean! Nice job guys!

This place looks like a fun family joint! It was empty, being Monday night. But our calzones and Caesar salads were delicious! The staff was really nice and even let my 3 year old daughter snack from the salad bar while we waited for our food, which was so sweet after our FOUR hour drive from Tahoe!

i wish i liked this place but i have been there twice in the last three weeks and they goofed up both orders. their staff is not organized and does not work well together. it is clean and the staff is friendly. prices are reasonable — especially the specials. trouble comes when you try to get your order in a reasonable length of time.

My Mom and I went in for lunch yesterday, and it was wonderful! We have not been in since the remodel and it looks wonderful! We were ordering and due to food allergies we always assume we can’t have the lunch specials, so we ordered the salad bar and breadsticks with no cheese, right before paying the manager came up and told us that it was a better deal to do the lunch buffet. We explained our food allergies, and she said that she would be happy to make us our special order, and put it on the buffet so that we could get the cheaper deal, I think it saved us about $ 10. Incredibly kind of her! The other girl working up front was very nice as well. Overall great visit! Thank you! We will be back!

Really a great family pizza place! The pizza is very good, the salad bar is always fresh, and the staff are extremely friendly. Since the new owners have been here, it is our GO-TO pizza spot.

Arrived in Placerville late on a Sunday on our way to Lake Tahoe. Not much open and our grandson wanted spaghetti. The food and service were completely adequate. Salad bar was small and well kept. Grandson loved his meatballs. Other family members shared a pizza and thought it was very good. There are arcade games –heads up to parents. This is the kind of place you take your soccer team at the end of the season to celebrate. Open, loud and friendly. Lots of TVs

It is a family-owned restaurant. Very nice owner and friends. They’ve got games for you to play in the spot. The PIZZA is AMAZING! Try the basil chicken sausage ones. It’s amazing! The basil!!! I love it. So fresh so thin! They’ve got karaōke to play on Saturday. Come and enjoy!

Pizza and atmosphere is amazing! Very kid friendly, they always have fun events going on(karaōke, live music, open mic night). The staff is very friendly. They also usually have pretty good beer selections. Can’t go wrong with good beer and pizza!

In the middle of our 3hr drive towards home, we got hungry. We came across this place after searching for a restaurant in the area that we found out was closed. Glad we ended up here! We had a half pepperoni, half combination XL. Usually when we eat pizzas at other places you get a lot of a greasy, oily taste from the meats. But here you don’t! The pepperoni pizza wasn’t too greasy and oily and had the perfect amount of tomato sauce to accommodate it. The combination had nice thin slices of meat and a good amount of vegetables to even out with the meat. Everything was well balanced. You can definitely tell that this place uses fresh ingredients when you bite into everything. I think what really won me over was their dough. Oh man, however you pizza makers are handling it, keep doing what you’re doing. The bread wasn’t too thin, wasn’t too thick. The crust(my favorite part) was so fluffy on the inside and slightly crispy the outside– just the way I like it. It definitely had a fresh taste to it, too. Their motto is, «We toss ‘em, they’re awesome!» and I gotta say, they ARE awesome.

***UNDERNEWOWNERSHIP!!!**** This place looks amazing to say the least… fully remodeled with a bright/spacious restaurant as well as an open view of your fresh food being made. They even do karaōke on the weekends! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly… worth the trip. As for«Carissa D’s» review… Me and my family were there that night & that young girl was acting out of control and completely immature. Must have been a case of the«Monday’s»? She’s one of the reasons i even wrote a review because I’m not a review writer otherwise. Needless to say there’s always another side of the story.” ;) Cheers.

UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT! YOUHAVETOGIVETHISPLACE A SECONDLOOK! Going from an old dingy hole in the wall to a clean family environment. We always liked to patronize this local restaurant when we would swing by town. The people were always friendly and helpful. That being said, it didn’t looked like the old owners spent too much on the environment. Now, the place is reborn into a clean, well lit, family establishment. There’s a new open air feel since all the booths are gone and they opened up the kitchen area. They really did a good job making this place look modern and comfortable for all. The service was friendly and inviting, not to mention the pizza was pretty good too. I brought my family and friends this round and they had a great time eating pizza and playing air hockey. As stated, this place is clean. This is a big thing for me, especially since I have a little one. The bathrooms are well kept and the tables and floor were just as inviting. As for the pizza, it was good enough to be different from other pizzas. It wasn’t the best, but it was definitely good. I would still recommend! As with all new restaurants, being new always has its advantages. I’m hoping they will keep up with all the good work for a long time to come.

Let me just blow the lid off these old reviews — this place is under new ownership, has been completely remodeled — and the pizza is delicious! The crust is soft, the vegetables fresh and the sauce is yummy. They also have a very clean, nicely organized all you can eat salad bar. If you go in on a Friday or Saturday night, get there early and nab a table or you’re going to be standing and waiting. We had people hovering over our table which was super awkward. The arcade area is great for kids and visible from most of the restaurant so you can keep an eye on them. They’re working on a kids menu which would be really great. I had to pay for an adult pasta that my two year old ate maybe four bites of. My other suggestion would be better wine. They have a great selection of beers, but all their wines are boxed. :( Other than that, this is the best, family friendly pizza place in Placerville. We will definitely be back.

So if you read anything written about this Pizza Factory before the remodel, it was absolutely true. It USEDTOBE awful. Kudos to the Pizza Factory Franchise, the owners of the center and especially the new owners, Dave and Terry Thomas for transforming it to a clean, modern pizza joint that is a fun, safe place for the kids. Best of all, they have a delicious pizza! I’ve been back for a pastrami sandwich(yum!) I took my friend who can’t eat gluten, and he’s now had 3 Gluten-free pizzas in less than a month! He LOVES them. Honestly, hand-tossed pizza IS better, and Pizza Factory is the only local pizza joint that I know who does a hand-tossed pie.
