Hi this is the first time I’ve written a review with Unilocal.I haven’t done it before because I really did not want to register with Unilocal but in this case I think Dr. Rice deserves my review. I’m very pleased with the outcome of what he’s done for me and I found him to be very professional. I am also very happy with his staff I was concerned about a spot by my incision and walked into his office and they saw me on the spot. I didn’t have to make an appointment and wait to be seen and having a doctor like that is very important to me he also seems to be very pleasant and good person. For these I give him the five star rating

DR. RICE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST
I have been to plastic surgeon’s offices in Rancho Mirage (Palm Desert area) and the Bay Area, and not one of them compares to Dr. Reginald Rice’s practice.
This doctor is highly skilled, and an accomplished artist at his skill. He is caring, kind, personable, gentle, and an all-’round sterling human being. He is up on all the latest techniques and products and offers only the finest available. He did my eyes three years ago, and I have been very pleased with the results.
When I ‘discovered’ him, I had just recently walked out of a surgery center moments before I was scheduled to have my eyes done by a Dr. Berris in Sacramento. Dr. Berris had not been honest with me about pre-​op medications, and I was so terrified and distrustful that I literally walked out 5 minutes before my scheduled procedure.
My experience with D. Rice was about 180 degrees different. I was so at ease with Dr. Rice and his staff that I was completely relaxed, and trusting. My faith in him was well placed. The results of my upper and lower blephroplasty are beautiful. Strangers tell me I have beautiful eyes.
I regularly see Dr. Rice for Botox, or Dysport, and about once a year for Perlane. Friends are astounded when they learn my age, and I am always happy to tell them I owe my face to Dr. Rice’s skill and artistry.

A visit to this doctor is NOT advised. He is as dishonest and unprofessional as his staff and does not take responsability for his misstakes; He should just stick to taking out adnoids and stay away from any cosmetic surgical proceedures!!!
