Dr. McDonald was the first eye doctor I have ever gone to. That was about 6 years ago. He was the one who originally told me I need glasses, boy what a difference being able to see! Well moving down the hill I went to a different doctor who told me I don’t need glasses but they gave me them anyway. I just recently broke that pair so I decided to go back to Dr. MsDonald. He did every test in the book and showed me the difference between my eyes by them selves, with the glasses the other doctor gave me, and the prescription I actually need, I was blind with glasses! He is the only eye doctor I will ever go to. Their staff is so friendly and more than willing to help with any little question. They have a pretty nice selection on frames as well. If you want grade A service, you need to see Dr. McDonald. He is one in a million.

The Doctor and his medical Assistant are great and helpful. The front office staff is lacking in customer service. I requested to speak to the Dr. but they told me I can only email him, which I did, however I was still unable to ever talk to the Doctor. They do not want to give you a copy of your prescription unless you purchase glasses from them (however they did with quite a bit of attitude) I would not recommend this office but only because of the front staff.

Dr. McDonald has been my optometrist for 4 years and I don’t want to go to anyone else. He is knowledgeable, nice, friendly and explains things without being pretentious.
I can get in and out with little to no waiting for my appointment.
When my mom’s lens popped out of the frame, she stopped by and in 5 minutes they had fixed it.
They always call when my contacts or glasses are ready for pick up. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable too.
The place is clean and they have many glasses frames to choose from with a price point for anyone.

This office is wonderful. I fell a year ago, and broke my glasses, as well as my face! Dr. McDonald’s office were so wonderful, and they helped me so much. They got my glasses back to me as quickly as was possible, and were extremely sweet and took great care of me. I’ve been a patient for about 20 years, and have always been happy with them.
