I called at 9:00a on a Thursday to see if I could get an oil change and brake job and they got me in by 10:00a. The customer service was excellent, friendly staff, clean facility, fast service, reasonably priced and the lounge was very comfortable. As a matter of fact Mr Lucore was in tidying the lounge when I arrived. He also looked at my rotors and alerted me to a potential issue, even showing it to me on my car. I will definitely return with my other vehicle and future maintenance.

I went in for an oil change. They told me I need all new brakes, I had power steering issues, and needed a tie rod replaced. They wrote up the order for it and called about parts being in stock wherever it was without asking me if I even wanted the service done. They got upset that they needed to delete their work when they went ahead and did it on their own to begin with. They quoted me it was over 1300 $ in replacements and labor. I asked for a copy of the invoice and they said they would not provide me one to look over what needed to be fixed, SHADY! You cannot provide your customer what is wrong with their car on paper? I decided to take my business else where and have a second opinion.
At Honda in Dublin, they stated all that was wrong was 2 of the front break pads and couldn’t understand why they quoted me other problems when there were none to be found.
What went from a 1300 $ issue wound up to be under 300 $, thanks Honda for not lying to me and saving me more than 1000 $ in replacements that were not really issues.

I took my car here to have a part of my air conditioner replaced and they were great! They are fast, friendly, and most importantly affordable!
This place is definitely a keeper and will now be my go to for all my automobile needs!
