Called them for another job I needed… no return phone call. There goes the 4 I gave them before.

I had Mike Vazquez come to my house to put in a new faucet, sink and disposal. While he was here the hot water pressure side of the faucet was coming out very weak. Mike told me it would get better and left.
It has been 3 weeks and I still have a trickle of hot water coming out of my kitchen faucet. I emailed Mike several times and he said it is the faucet’s fault. He said he would be glad to come out and put in a new faucet for an additional $ 145. I feel the $ 325 for the faucet, sink and disposal was high to begin with.
He wont even come to check to see if the waterline is blocked or if it really a faulty faucet. I am not happy that he wont even come back to assess the problem. Oh well.

I called in the morning as my 11 year old sump pump was making a sound like an old geezer. Well, not one to want a basement full of water when I least expect it, it was time to get the darn thing replaced. Note to those of you out there– I learned the average life expectancy of sump pumps is 7 –8 years, „ who knew?
Well Michael showed up and he couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. He showed up on time, installed a new sump pump, fixed another minor plumbing issue I had with one of my tubs and was on his way in about an hour! And there was no mess left behind.
Prices are competitive, service is prompt and I can rest better when I travel knowing my basement isn’t filling up with ground water.
