Look no further! I highly recommend Choice Plumbing. Mark (besides being a super nice guy) was prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable and willing to work with our schedule. Since then I have recommended him to my daughter, my neighbor, an ex-​coworker, all who had emergency situations and he was there within the hour and they were all super-​satisfied with his service and thanked me for the referral.

From the moment of my first panicked phone call Mark went up and above any expectations I had. He arrived quickly to my home told me what needed to be done and why. His estimate was the cost– no unexpected surprises. In the snow and cold he worked to insure my water service was restored to my home. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, what material he was going to use and why he recommend it. His business and he’s the one doing the work. He makes sure its done right the first time. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate my satisfaction in Choice Plumbing.

I would highly recommend Choice Plumbing to anyone. I called in the morning and they were able to come put the same day to look at the issue I was having. Mark was very fair and honest about the problem and how the best way to resolve it would be. He explained all the options thoroughly and gave his recommendation for the best option (and it wasn’t the most expensive one). The work was completed in that same visit for a very reasonable price.

Choice Plumbing was great! I called around noon, left a message and got a call back within 5 minutes. Made an appointment with Mark that same day and he was able to come out, take a look at what was a disaster of an install of our garbage disposal (a DIY gone wrong) and fixed the whole thing in about an hour. Mark was honest about the situation, explained each step and why he needed to do what he was recommending.
He was prompt, kind, professional and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend!

While we were currently considering having a patio and gas fire pit installed. One of the contractors we received a quote from was kind enough to let me speak directly with Choice Plumbing. They were extremely helpful and patiently answered all my questions including estimated costs. While we didn’t end up using Choice, I would highly recommend and would certainly use in the future.

Mark is the best. We have had several plumbing emergencies. Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is an excellent plumber. He is also compassionate, honest and thorough.
Our kitchen sink backed up during 4^th of July weekend. Despite his hectic schedule, Mark showed up and fixed it. He knew what the problem was right away. He did a thorough job.
We contact Mark for all our plumbing needs. Most of the time we contact him, there is a plumbing emergency. He always provides exceptional service and is a great person, too.

Short version: I had a plumbing emergency — flooding — and Mark showed up quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Choice Plumbing.
Details: I rent out a home in Bolingbrook and the tenants reported flooding in the basement. (It turned out that my sump pump and back-​up pump had failed.) The property-​management company arranged for Choice Plumbing to diagnose and fix the problem, informing me that they’ve had great results with choice plumbing in the past and trusted his work. Since I live over 1,000 miles away it was stressful knowing I had a major home problem and couldn’t even see the problem myself. Doubly so when stopping the flooding from getting worse depended on one person: a plumber I’ve never encountered before. Would he do a good job?!
Mark arrived quickly, pumped out the water, and installed the replacement pumps. His did this quickly, took a few brief moments to explain the his findings to me and the property company, and fixed it. His work seems to be very solid and his pricing was good. The property company said his past work was always good — so I can only speak to my one experience but they use Choice often.
I will use Choice plumbing again and will recommend them to my friends.
