We needed a new car battery pronto. We initially went to Sears, picked up a Die Hard, and my husband was going to install it himself. (Sears was going to charge $ 20.) When we got home, he decided to do just a little more checking around.
He called Advance Auto and the person he spoke to was very helpful. They happened to have a special going, so we could get a better battery (in terms of CCA) for less money, and they would install it for free.
We drove over, paid for the battery, and had it installed on the spot. The entire process took about 15 mintues. No waiting, no muss, not fuss. The guy who installed the battery was careful and efficient, and my husband (who is pretty picky) was pleased with the job he did.
Overall, an excellent experience and a good deal. Sorry to read the other review about bad customer service. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We’ll be back!
