They have a very small selection of ice cream, nothing out of the ordinary. I wish they had an Andy’s in Plainfield, There is not much to choose from in Plainfield. Plainfield is PLAIN.

Very bad costumer service because they wouldn’t take coupon on DQ app that had their location listed as a valid location. I was told to print the coupon even though it clearly stated that it was only valid from DQ app.

I come here alot and the service is so so. Today
Its 50 degrees out & the place is mobbed! Only a couple
of girls inside running things. Disappointed but
Thats the common theme lately. Owner need to hv
more on staff lately w/better training to move things
ahead. Cmon DQ ! You can do better!

Racism is alive at this DQ! I was denied service while he waited on the white gentleman behind me. When I kindly asked why, he gave some lame excuse that he was waiting on the credit card reader. Mind you, he never asked either me or the white gentleman behind me of our form of payment.
Please African Americans, do not support this racist business. I left and took my business elsewhere. You should too.

The service here is very fast and friendly. And judging by the number of cars in the drive-through and patrons in the store, I would think everyone agrees with me.
My only gripe with this location is that there is not a speaker system to take your order prior to heading to the pick-up window. If you have to order your ice cream, why not place the menu where you are ordering it, vice 25 feet before hand so you may forget what you want. Never the less, they service is fast and there isn’t too much of a difference. I just think it may speed it up a bit.

I love DQ. I always have and likely always will. This location is conveniently located right around the corner from where I work and as much as I try I can’t seem to stay away. There really aren’t many things in this world that provide pure happiness, but a chocolate soft serve cone from DQ is absolutely one of them.
On the other hand, everyone I’ve encountered at this location has been sincerely kind. Service is quick and the cones look commercial worthy. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer!
