I went for specific books for a birthday present with very little time to shop. Staff was super helpful, looked up all 3 on computer, and he even offered to ship out of stock books to my home. Guess their trying to compete with Amazon because books are cheaper when shipped than purchasing in store. Staff even offered to wrap quickly knowing the book was a birthday gift. I was in and out with wrapped gift in 15 minutes. That’s great customer service!
