Clean pretty much. Wonderful staff. Workout room is kind of a joke. it’s very small, with three machines. Two of them didnt work, one of them was breaking. The room we had was very badly in need of a remodel. The bathroom was the worst, but the bedroom also needed an update. Walls/door so thin you could hear everything, including when the neighbor ran his/her sink in the bathroom. There were no outlets at all, without unplugging something else. Internet is fast mostly, which was nice. Breakfast is awful. But once again, all the staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful

Nice clean room! NOBEDBUGS! Slept well! We had a very pleasant stay. My niece was getting married so my sisters, all of my family stayed here. Front desk people were really nice and helpful! They made fresh coffee for us, & didn’t mind us all sitting in the breakfast area in the evening visiting. Breakfast here was really good too. There’s Arby’s restaurant, and a nearby Pub that serves good food that are close to walk to. We had a yummy supper outside! You could eat indoors too though. Other cool restaurants nearby, but you have to drive along a busy highway. My other niece just rented a car from the airport so didn’t need the shuttle service. It worked out great for her both ways.

I stayed here for the bar exam and it was one problem after another. First of all I reserved a king bedroom, but was given a queen and told the jacuzzi didn’t work, which took up over half the room. Second, the previous guest’s trash was still in the room. Third, it was by the open lobby and I could hear every word guest services said as they were welcoming other guests. They were kind enough to put me in another room that was away from the lobby after I demanded it, but then my key didn’t work because it had been by my phone in my pocket. When I went back to the front desk to have it redone the woman said we’ve learnt our lesson now haven’t we? It was all I could do to not say yes the lesson is to not stay here again or that this hotel should join the 21st century and have keys that can be next to cell phones. Also, my friend called the number they provided for Chinese food and after waiting an hour got a call from Texas asking where they were supposed to deliver it.

I was not able to even test stay with the hotel because they screwed up my reservation. Absolutely rude staff, told me to call back in 15 minutes. No one should ever speak to their customers in such fashion, not to mention when I was calling again to confirm my reservation, I have to handle that two more times. I would’ve booked the hotel online if you really really want to do so. Part of the reason is I was trying to get the friend’s wedding quote so I had to call. But now I would rather pay double not to have to be insulted by the staff. I know the reviews are quite old but here you go a 2014 review. Maybe their hotel(I heard) was renovated, but maybe their staff’s attitude needs more urgent renovation.

All I can say is «„„„„„BEDBUGS“““““» check in on 10/02/2013. Woke up to my sister finding them on her bed like North Korea soldiers. Pack up and went to checked out, I ask the front desk lady did thay have a problem with bed bugs and our room was infested with them she said ohhh that room had a problem with them and we had an exterminator out for that room lmao Gus’s we wast the lucky one to get room 230. Just be aware BED. BUGS

Rather than park on airport… or scare up one of my friends to take me to the airport… and pick me up, I decided to try one of the off-airport parking companies. The Baymont Inn and Suites in Greenfield advertises that they are 1 mile from IND. Well… that is a stretch. Going to the airport last Thursday, I had made my reservation for 4:30 p.m. and arrived about 4:40. I was told the shuttle would be arriving within minutes. I waited… and waited. and waited. When it was clear that I was getting annoyed and nervous because I had a 6:30 p.m. flight and still needed to check luggage, the hotel manager had her husband drop me off at the airport. Nice, but didn’t give me much confidence in their shuttle promises. When I returned today, I called the hotel as soon as I de-planed and was told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. Well, it was closer to 30 minutes before the shuttle arrived, but at least it showed up. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was the most unfriendly person that I have ever encountered from this type of service. I said hi, and tried to make some small talk, but when it was clear he had every intention of ignoring me, I just sighed and got into the vehicle. Not one word was spoken to me until we reached the hotel and then he gruffly asked me where I had parked. Meh! No tip from me. The price was right though. $ 27 for 6 days — you can’t beat that. But I didn’t get a real good feeling that this would be dependable service.

The place was okay for the price, but I doubt I would stay here again. The room had a slight funky smell. Neither of the two beds had any pillows. When I went to the desk to ask for pillows it took the desk clerk more than 5 minutes to get me some. They were chintzy on the towels as well. The tissue paper roll kept falling out of the bathroom counter. Just seemed like a rather cheap place.
