This Tanning Salon is AWESOME! Just started going here and I am very impressed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. As for tanning salons, its the cheapest and best quality I have been able to find in the area. Many thanks!

I love this place! Iv just started going and it is somewhere I will stick with for sure. The rooms are always clean and I like how they have wipes to clean sweat from your face when your done right there in the room and spray deodorant, it’s something small for us costumers that other places don’t do, I like that. Also prices are very good and staff has always been nice.

Ok… this was perhaps one of the worst — and in retrospect — absolute funniest WORST customer experiences of mine and my husband’s lives(in terms of how clueless the«tanning girl» was who was running the place.) We went in here to tan the week before a trip. Not wanting to be in a package, my husband opted to pay individually. The girl behind the counter was probably the most clueless person I have ever encountered in a business. We should have known we were in trouble when she got flustered on not understanding how to use«the credit card thing». She kept waving it back and forth in the air, like the air would somehow pick up the card.(We had to show her how to use the swipe). Her confusion on just about every thing possible went on for almost 15 minutes before my husband went into the bed. However, then she realized she hadn’t run his time, only the lotion. So then she went though the whole thing again, this time charging my card $ 91. When I questioned her, pointing out he was paying individually, she said«Yeah, individually,» pointing to the package price. I had to explain to her that«individual» was the same as «single.» So then she starts trying to fix this. After another 10 minutes, I asked about my husband, and she said she hadn’t started his bed because she was trying to fix this.(My husband, standing in the room unclothed, but not wanting to sit on the only chair in the room — bamboo sticks — for now 20 minutes). I yell in the door for him to hold up, and suggest she call someone to help. She calls a manager, who is almost as clueless as her, and it’s over and over«ok, sounds good, ok…» After another 10 minutes I have to ask for the phone, as she has still not let the manager know she has someone waiting in the bed.(After another 10 minutes, I decide it’s time to rescue my husband, and suggest she just put him in another bed… this attempt goes like the first 40 minutes…) Jumping ahead, my husband decides it’s time to just cut our losses here, and we tell her we just want the money back so we can go. She says«I guess someone can call you tomorrow». They have over $ 180 of our money at this point, and considering, we are not too confident, we tell her it’s time to call an owner. So she calls and literally leaves a message in this ridiculous teenage candy and voice«hi! call me back if you can» No mention of the situation, us, our money… Finally the owner calls back — we have to suggest she answer the phone. He seems to have no protocol, and seems confused as my husband and I talk to him. This goes nowhere. Almost 15 more minutes, she still can’t figure out a refund, then has to give us cash(you can guess how long this took…). I will say I truly felt bad for this child. She was clueless down to the smallest detail.(Training?) She was cute, and honestly very, very confused(As in «A for effort, D for achievement). Still, 2 hours in a tanning salon and we left as pale as we came in. Epic fail.

I’ll start off by saying that I found this place on Groupon, and with that Groupon was a deal for $ 16 unlimited tanning in their level one bed. When I first walked in, it was very warm and cozy feeling with such a nice atmosphere invited by Madi’s warm greeting of her great customer service. She was very knowledgeable of their beds and tanning services that they do, and was kind enough to give me a tour to see all of the available beds, which was very helpful. Once I was done tanning I immediately saw instant color which Madi, the manager, also noticed as well which was a very nice pleasant comment. We had such a great conversation it felt like we knew each other for years, it felt like having a conversation with your BFF. Just from the one experience I had on my first time I would highly recommend Color Me Bronze any day anytime!!!

Place sucks! I think they are going out of business! Bad beds! Nobody ever there! Staff is not trained!!!
