If it were possible to rate in negative numbers I would be rating this train wreck of a business in double digits. They lost our clothes! Worse yet there was a line behind us on our second attempt to retrieve them that had the same issue! Entire orders lost, watching employees bring out one shirt at a time asking if «this the one». Zero command of the english language. They even insisted that we take a shirt home that was clearly 4 sizes too big after we told him it wasn’t ours. Ridiculous.

Oh man, where can I start. I bought some suits and some shirts here to be cleaned. When I came and pick them up the pants were missing from one of the suits. The owner came out and said that the pants that were already there on the counter when I walked in where the ones to my missing suit. I wear a size 38 waist in these pants were seriously like a size 32. Now as flattered as I was to have him say I fit in a size 32, that just wasn’t the case. He argued with me for about 20 minutes then told me if I bring a receipt for the suit he will give me the money that I paid for it. So I went home got a receipt and when I came back he said I couldn’t have the money for a couple of days. After remaining calm and explaining to him that was not acceptable, he ended up giving me my money for the suit. Never go to this place. The wife who runs the register barely speaks passable English. And I do mean barely. When she took my clothes in she overcharged me and the gentleman had to come out and correct the order. Worst. Cleaners. Ever. #horrible #dontdoit

Do not take your clothes to these cleaners!!! I went to pick my cleaning up and they could not locate them. They said that they were picked up. Clearly they accidental gave my clothes to someone else. They were unwilling work to resolve the issue. They have no ability to track transactions. They were incredibly lacking in customer service and compliant resolution. If you like your clothes don’t take them here to get cleaned!
