The service is good. Quick and fast. Clean restaurant. The food was also good, but is expensive for a fast food place. I would go back, but rarely as there are better places in the area for the price.

Ordered two kid’s meals for my kids and a cheese curd for myself. The drinks in my kid’s meals tasted like seltzer water. They were supposed to the be Sprites. Two sodas that I paid for, down the drain. My cheese curds, which were 4 dollars by the way, were not filled up to the top. I felt ripprd off as the paper bag was almost empty. Most of the cheese curds were cold and the cheese was not at all melted. I’ve been to several Culver’s and this location several times and it seems that I always have a problem with my order. I’ve gotten all the home to realize that half of my order is missing.

Stingy manager wouldn’t honor Wildcats fund raising card for a measly 10% discount on a frozen custard cone. They probably participate in Plainfield schools fundraisers. Why not Neuqua? Stupid.

For the price you can do better. Burgers and fries are overpriced. Go to Portillos.

I can’t believe I am reviewing a Culver’s of all places, but I’ve been to several Culver’s locations, and I feel like this location isn’t as good as most of the other ones. One time I went on a weekday evening, and I was there for almost ten minutes in the drive thru line for cheese curds and a burger. The burger was ok, but some of the cheese curds were slightly cold. I understand that they can’t help that they are busy, but if I am going to wait that long in the drive thru for food, it seems like the food should be cooked all the way through. Earlier this month I decided to give this location another chance on a late Sunday afternoon. The place wasn’t that busy this time. I got a shake and a sourdough melt. I’ve had many sourdough melts from other Culver’s before, and this one was barely toasted, and cheese was only slightly melted. This location is occasionally convenient for me when I am on route 59, but I am not going to this location anymore, because I don’t want to throw money away for rushed food.

My husband and I ordered the fish sandwich today. We ordered it to go. It was absolutely awful. I had a stomach ache immediately after eating it. It looked nothing even close to the picture on the menu. It was a huge bun with a tiny piece of fish, if that’s what you even want to call it. We ordered it with onion rings. Nothing was hot and the onion rings had so much salt, I couldn’t even finish them. I barely ate half of my sandwich. We ordered 2 cheese curds for my daughters. They tasted old and disgusting. We paid over 30.00 for food we could barely eat. We don’t eat out much, so when we do, it is a treat for our family. I will not be eating here again. Very disappointing. Not to mention everything we ordered was disgusting.

I’ve been to other Culver’s & this place does not compare. I usually order the concrete & their ice cream is actually watery when it should be thick. It just isn’t good & I’ve given them a few chances, thinking they were just having a bad run. Also, they completely ran out of vanilla ice cream on my last trip there so I had to have chocolate, which tasted terrible. They did however give me a coupon for a free concrete on my next visit, so it was nice that they stepped up, but I will not return anytime soon.

While this place appears to be run by one giant clique of high-schoolers, the service is surprisingly very good, food is prepared well and it’s pretty quick. The employees looked like they were having a good time working together and they even said goodbye as we left. Certainly sets them apart from most other fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. It’s those simple things many customers tend to appreciate. At least I do.

Love that this kid friendly place was available for me to meet up with some of my favorite little ones! We enjoyed a relaxed meal, a spacious place to sit and coupons for dessert! We were able to really spread out and entertain three kids under the age of 9… with the littlest one eager to wander around. I’d come back for sure :)

If your in the mood for a fast food burger, you really can’t go wrong here. They make everything fresh to order and the ingredients taste and look real! The custard is also great!

I’ve always had good drive-thru service here. It’s a little slow, as they cook your food as you order, but it’s worth the wait even if those cheese curds burn a little skin off the roof of my mouth. And the concrete mixers are to die for. The Mint Oreo puts the Shamrock Shake to shame!

We went through the drive-thru. We were in a rush and was hoping this would be quick to order drive thru and go. BUTITWASNT! We ordered one value meal and the wait was super long. I never been through the drive thru at Culvers before. We paid and they told us to pull forward. There was 5 – 6 cars parked in front of me already and I was like no way do we have to wait in the line for our food. They gave me a number and I didn’t know what to do with it. Good thing my sister told me it had to hang on the window so they know which order is we waited patiently. Then cars in front of me was leaving, cars behind me was leaving already as well. Now I was getting upset. We didn’t order everything on the menu and other people who ordered after us was already getting their food. I was very unhappy with the wait time at Culvers in Plainfield! They need to work on that. I do not recommend this location.

Great Culvers! Their management is very responsive. One time I got a pint of ice cream and it happened to be the wrong flavor. I emailed them to let them know so no one else would get the wrong ice cream and manager and the owner called me and sent me countless coupons. We love the chain!

I put Culvers in a different category than other fast food joints. While I may prefer some burgers and fries more appealing at other places, Culvers always has the customer service to make it stand apart from others. I also love how they will walk around asking if you want to add a dessert or even, if they’re feeling extra nice, they will give you a couple for a free custard. Yesterday, I tried the Raspberry Cheesecake Concrete Mixer. It tasted delicious but it was soft enough to be a shake which was a major bummer. Cheese Curds are always a must!
