McDonald’s

Terrible! The staff is usually nice, but if I go through the drive thru, the order is always 100% WRONG! I have to check it every time & its never right. It’s always missing something!

I use to stop here a few times a month for an egg McMuffin. I stopped on my way to work at 5:15am. I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and a steak muffin. I was asked (by the manager) to pull forward. OK, no problem. 10 minutes latter I parked & walked into the store and asked how much longer. They had no memory of me waiting, or even ordering. But they were still happy to take my money. A kid working the counter turned and tossed 3 sandwichs into a bag, where they came unwrapped. Plus they were not what I ordered. It took 3 tries to get the order correct. Then the eggs on the McMuffins were runny. If they can not properly make a McMuffin (the flagship of McDonalds). Then shut off the lights and go home. I will never stop at the store again.

Cost me 15 minutes to turn around and get my order corrected because the people who that work here are idiots. Oh and the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic. Seriously what a bitch.

Someone got the customer service wand out and waved it over the store!
Smiles and speedy accurate service every time I go now.

Slow slow service. And the lady taking my barely spoke English. She got my order right… on the third attempt. Have had similar experiences here a multiple times.

Menu board says $ 3.29 for bacon egg & cheese bagel
Charged me $ 3.49
Told them about it, they didn’t care
At least act like my concern will be acted on!

The staff was awesome. Grandpa shared the love with his 3 Grandkids and received lunch at no charge. What fun. Charity was terrific!

The line can get a bit long in the AM but if it is I simply step out and head inside. As for the drive thru, I frequent there more than I care to admit for breakfast on the go. I can honestly my order was incorrect only once in the past year or two, which is a miracle in itself. The staff in the windows are ALWAYS pleasant no matter the time or weather.

Can never get my order correct in the drive thru… don’t drive away without checking, even if you ask the specifically is my sauce in there they will say to your face yes it is, I put it in myself. Of course when you make it home it isn’t. The saddest thing I have grown to expect this type of service at this location. Biggest pet peeve.

I can’t, simply can’t, give any McDonald’s more than 3 stars, because I’m really only a «fan» of the hot chocolate.
I always ask myself, «WHY DID I DO THAT?» whenever I occasionally get food at a McDonald’s.
I’ve been here twice. Once, I got a superjumbogiant Diet Coke. I don’t understand the hype about McDonald’s Coke. It’s usually pretty gross, because it is watered down and sometimes lacks carbonation. However, my Diet Coke here was actually good and tasted like it could’ve been from anywhere. Earned a star.
The second time, I ordered some fancy chicken wrap. I don’t know what’s up with their new McCafe bullsh*t, but McDonald’s needs to stick with what they know. The wrap was pretty gross. I had one once before, and it was decent. The fries were hot though.
I got a receipt without asking — EARNED A STAR! So many fast food drive-​thrus are horrible at giving receipts. Service was fast, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of.
I really have no reason to return to this location, it isn’t on my work/​parents/​in-​laws/​out of town route, and there’s better food nearby, so I can’t give ‘em a third star.

Why is it so hard to get a receipt in the drive-​thru? Most people when paying with a debit card want the receipt. Is this a difficult process that throws off Ray Croc’s plan?

Great caramel mochas! Look on the back of your receipts. There may be a BOGO McCafe.
