I have not had any problems there at all. The staff all seem nice and competent. Dr. Tuel is professional. I had a variety of frames to choose from. My glasses came in less than a week. I will continue going there.

I know of the rude receptionist TS is referring to. She called threatening to send my account to collections because she said I picked up contacts without paying for them but she was so wrong. I hadn’t even picked the contact up yet. I like everyone there but her so I will keep going there, she did not always work there just within the last couple years. Unfortunately I think she still works there but I try to avoid dealing with her.

I visited here for clip-​in lenses for a Rudy Project sunglasses frame that I had purchased out-​of-​state. Not only was the optician very helpful, she found that the prescription lens insert was for a different sunglasses frame. The store where I had purchased them had accidentally given me the wrong insert! She helped remedy the issue in a very professional manner and even is going to mail the new rx to me. She really went the extra mile, especially considering that I didn’t even buy the sunglasses or rx insert from them!

Extremely rude receptionist. And they charge over 100% in late fees. Stay away unless you like threatening phone calls over late fees. We paid the bill and went to a way more professional Eye Care Doctor. Trust me, stay away.
