Kesap Clean

I have been using Kesap Clean to clean my office suite weekly for the past year and have not regretted the decision to use their services. Because of our respective schedules they need access during hours I am not in the office, I have been letting the crew use their own key. I come in Friday morning greeted by the smell of a clean office space. I highly recommend anyone to use their service. When I have been here during their cleaning I found the crew to be very pleasant and considerate.

kesap is a very professional and reliable cleaning service. we have tried so many other cleaning services for our business and had problems with stealing, items getting broken and people never showing up. kesap kept asking us to give them a try and we finally did. we have used them now for a few months and are extremely happy. we had one problem with a shelf getting broken. and when I called the owner debra. she immediately paid to have it replaced with out any problems. highly recommend this cleaning service

On 1÷25÷10 we had our home cleaned for a second time by Kesap Klean and as the experience was different from our first I wanted to place an update to my original review of this company.
The crew of five arrived promptly at 2:00pm as had been previously arranged. They were once again professional dressed, in matching uniforms, and all were friendly and introduced themselves. They once again came fully prepared with all of their own cleaning supplies, even these were carried in matching black bags. This may seem like a small and useless piece of information, however I feel it builds on the theme of professionalism.
The lead member of the crew explained that they would be doing a deep clean and asked if they may start upstairs. They worked quickly and quietly and from all observations they cleaned professionally and in an organized manner. Little things noticed: Towels were folded and placed back on towel racks, beds were made and pillows nicely arranged, including the toddler bed. I also noticed that every garbage can had new trash liners placed in them and each roll of toilet paper had the nice little hotel triangle fold. All very nice touches.
They finished their work in approximately two hours and I was asked to inspect their work, which I am happy to say was very well performed. I believe I only noticed one area that I found an accumulation of dust and it was on top of the plantation shutters, high and out of the way. A small miss and something I didn’t feel compelled to mention to them or have them fix, it took me 10 seconds to wipe it down myself.
Overall customer service and communication, all handled by the owner, was excellent. The quality of work was also very good and I now feel comfortable fully recommending this company. Their price is still at the upper end of the range but they are quick, come prepared, and do an excellent job. We will chalk up the first experience to a bad day, which they had offered to correct immediately.
