McDonald’s

This location is the worst. Customers are always lined up 8 deep and the workers ignore the line. They are more concerned with drive through than in store. When they do wait on you they are rude. Evidently they need more help. Even though we were staying at the hotel next door we wouldnt return. Go anywhere else.

This McDonalds is awful! The inside is nice but you have to survive the parking lot first. The lot is tiny and poorly designed. When I went to leave I was trapped by the drive thru line for a good 5 minutes. That line was already backed up into the street, so there was no way for anyone to let me out. To top it off, I realized that they’d charged me for adding Big Mac sauce to my McDouble. How is that any more expensive than the ketchup and mustard I took off?! Ridiculous. I’ve ordered the same thing from at *least* two dozen different McDonalds across the US and I’ve never been charged. 30 cents on a $ 1 burger is ridiculous!!! Do yourself a favor and pass by this McDonalds. If you’re on 70 driving through Indy there are much better McD’s on other exits.
